First of all, I really don't like the position you've tried to "mix it up" from. UTG+2 is going to be pretty damn tricky to play from, but if your image is super tight, maybe it will work. As for the hand, you know this guy is aggro with even a piece of the flop and there's a lot of very bad cards that could come on the turn; an Ace, a king, any club, a deuce or a 4 will all be bad for you. Alberta has fairly low provincial taxes and no provincial sales tax. You'd still have to pay federal taxes, which depends entirely on how much you earn.

The way I read this is that you're picking up both cards at the same time and seeing how often one of them is a spade. If you do it your way though, one at a time and look at the first card drawn before proceeding, then yes, the order matters.

Out of those 58 hands you posted, I only see 11 where the result is out of line with what should have happened. Many of those were flips, some went one way, some went the other, I didn't include those. Only 1,6,8,15,17,20,26,38,49,53, and 55 are where someone was pretty hugely behind and won. Basically, I'm saying that nothing of what you've posted has me saying OMG IT'S RIGGED!!

Ha! Yeah that might be next cburnette. To the OP, what do you really want to know about this' I see that you've been polite and persistent, but really, what good is this going to do you' I can understand Stars position on this. Your email and line of questioning looks like it's only going to lead to yet another chain of emails from a player who is frustrated by bad beats. I'm sure they have thousands and thousands of these types of emails and they're really not all that interested in getting into it again for the umpteenth time.

This looks like the first level of a deepstack. If these guys are going to splash around like this, you're going to find some juicy spots to bust these guys. Kinda sucks folding a premium hand here, but a 4-way all-in with A-K on the first level isn't a thrilling prospect. There will be other chances.

You can forget about eating cheese. The most solid thing you're going to be able to eat is soup. As mentioned, do EXACTLY what they say, a dry socket is a real pain...I've heard. I had 3 wisdom teeth out in March 2009. Only 1 was really painful, but I didn't eat solid food for 5 days.

I kind of understand your 3bet reasoning, and I kind of don't. I totally get that you envisioned a scenario where your 3bet just sweetens the pot, everyone calls, and you're now pretty committed to a pot really early on. That could definitely happen. But at the same time, flatting pre-flop almost GUARANTEES that everyone is just going to limp along and extra limpers are the absolute worst thing for your Johnny's. The monstro-raise is pretty suspect. If he does have a 4, he's losing a huge opportunity to get you to stick in more money when you're way behind. Still, I ...

Cold calls with Q-2 suited. Gross. First off, no matter how you played this you were doomed to either go broke or lose a sizable pot. Pre-flop you're fine and the lead out on the flop is also fine, but I find it odd why you would have checked the turn. If you lead the turn and he bumps in a big raise you may have had the caution to wonder if he has 6-6 or A-2, but still, like I said, I think this pretty much played itself. Just ul.
