my aim was hacked by someone on agriffrod's old screen name. the account security question, password and email have now all been changed and so i have no access to my buddy list. anyone know how to regain control'

If we ignore the fact that using any form of bankroll managment you should never go bust in a single hand of 2/4NL. And that you're playing a 70FPP SNG, so your opponents are the weakest on stars. Then yes I believe you played that hand correctly, but I don't think thats what you should be focusing on.

agree. i'm always shoving here, no folds, no standard raises. also, everyones talking about this hand in terms of BBs which is ridic b/c its late in the tourney and the antes are playing a big role. look at M. in terms of M, you have no wiggle room here.

Great post, OP. I've often wondered this myself, but in my limited job experience I've found it depends more on the film/show. Some directors/producers go to great lengths in order to insurance realism/accuracy while others focus more on the story and leave out technical details that might only go noticed by those involved in the field.

I've never been there before, but my buddy wants to go up there for his bday. I was checking out there website and saw there is the Lodge, Hotel, Inn, and Tower. I wanted to know which was the cheapest as we don't really care much about the room. Also, we would be flying from North Carolina, so I wanted to know which airport we should arrive at. Would there be shuttles or would we have to call a cab' Any info/experiences would be great.

I don't think it's a problem. And when was the last time you played a live game where just because you stepped out of the room for a moment, cards were not dealt to you. On several occasions in bar games/home games I've ran to the restroom and got back in time to look at my cards, even though they were dealt while I was away from the table. I would rather be "Angle Shot" than have stars actually deal me out during a sit out.

agree with ace1. c/f the flop all day. you will kick yourself for overplaying 99 in spots like that long run. i say long run because if you've got more of a read on him than just 'tight, hasnt raised in 2 orbits', then sometimes it can be appropriate to c/r here. i'm just not a big fan of getting fancy with 99.

Women 50+ Changing Careers
Hey OT, I don't post as much as I used to but I was hoping someone here might have some insight on this. My Mom is "trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up". She has a BA in Art History and has worked for non-profits most of her life. At one point she owned and operated her own sewing business and did fairly well, but handed Uncle Sam a disgusting ~49% of her income under self employment. If the kid is gonna stay, easiest solution is to insist he party with yall at least once, and then invite him every time after that. Basically include him and treat him as if he is one of your good buddies. If that doesn't change his attitude, then you can come at him with "look I tried, this isn't working out, maybe you should leave." Everyone deserves a chance, but if people won't meet you half way, then fuck it.
