just have good business knowledge and the inner workings of companies and finances. I won't go into my background or my personal experience so leave it at that. I am not pro or con either way...just stating why this is going on. And yes, they are losing money. Man some people just have no clue when it comes to business. Omy!

This merger is being done because the Company is losing so much money per month. their recent claims payout, along with overlays in every guarantee are crushing this company and the burn rate threshold had to have been within 18 months of going under...so the merger to save some money per month...slow down the burn rate. I am sure tournies will be combined..so instead of them have 2 guarantees there will be just 1 at that time slot...which immediately helps the bottom line when you can cut your tourny expenses in half. Good business move to stay afloat ..but the damage that was done is ...

Dash, It is just mind blowing that you support this company, take their word for it(which should mean shit) and continue to spew crap about this site getting their act together since they had no choice in doing so...since the REAL investigation happened on P5's...not the UB offices...LOLz also, I totally understand you playing there...If i had shitty ROI on the other sites i would stay too...but don't have that problem at the moment.
