Re:Titan poker
This is the easiest site to make cash at. Horrible players that either want to just give you their money or luckbox you with badbeats. They offer a great variety of tournaments at lots of different buyins. My fav is their 6 person sit and goes $50 and up. The play in this is so bad for this high a buy in and you can have a very high ROI. Their tourneys have very bad structure, so be prepared to gamble with small edges. Good luck

Re:Scott Clements Is a Beast....
Scott is certainly the man. I played in a $30 rebuy the other day with him and in a hand I river the nut flush to his straight. I bet, he raised I reraised just enough to get a call and he folded then chatted about the hand for a while. I said "it's just a $20 tourney why does it matter you won like everything, wsop bracelet, wpt, sunday million, ect... Scott replies "Hey it's a $30 tournament and yeah I guess I have won it all." Classic, this guy wants to play every hand in every tournament the best he can. Kinda a player role model for all over us IMO.

Betfair Poker Review
I decided to give my Betfair account a go this weekend since I don't seem to run good anywhere else these days. I found that I really liked it poker room. It window includes alot of stuff, most of it I did not figure out, but it is actually very easy use and change, look up info while playing. The run some goof guareented tournaments with higher buyin which made for smaller fields. I can't always put in 10-12 hours into one tournament, so I liked this. The players their range from good to total donks. I saw some weird plays, but their exploitable so that is good. The tournament structures ...

Re(1): Canadian Open Heads Up
I played it and went out in third round, if I won I would have played Huck in the semi-finals. That sucked, think I would have enjoyed playing huck on tv as much as the 20K I would have won. Huck is the coolest laid back guy ever. He came over to talk to me and showed be a nasty blister on his foot and asked me if I knew how to treat it. Poker wise the dude is so sick I think he had to play like 4 headups matches in a row to win the thing with like only 5 minute breaks in between (I could barely play one match a day without being drained). Also, Gavin Smith came in drunk with two drinks in ...

Re(1): Endgame Strategy
Mike I really like your post. I too feel I am leaving a lot of $$$ on the table when I do not win. Although I am not a ranked player, I have had some nice scores over the last few months (mainly on sites pocketfives does not track Titan Poker, Hollywood Poker, and PokerHeaven) and feel that I am starting to get my end game down. However, I feel different sites and individual tables need different endgames. I fine I get my money in good a lot on sites like pokerstars and tilt and get sucked out on. So here are a couple of things I think help -how is the table playing, try to play the ...

Re(1): The UTG Min Raise?
I sometimes use this depending on the table dynamics. UTG limp or min raise with a drawing hands like j10 suited or big hands like AA KK (never AK, AQ). Good players red flag the play and look for a better spot and bad player reraise you with (AJ) and then call a shove when I have AA. Weeeeeeeeee. Other times I can see a flop cheap with drawing hands with maybe 2 players and hit or bluff big hand with a small C bet. I know it gives people pot odds to call (which is fine) because I like to use it as a setup play for other players to think that I am an inexperienced weak player they can push ...

Re(1): Any successful poker players ever lose passion for the game and just quit?
Scott, it sounds like you are going through a normal cycle for yourself. Since you have made a name for yourself in poker and have a really good understanding of the game, why don't you explore other oppertunities in the poker world (think about the actors who become directors and producers). Start a poker related bussiness, teach poker, write a book the mtt online game, create and sell the first online poker exercise bike (my idea, but...) that forces poker player to get exercise while playing, ect... You will find another passion to fill your obsessive personality. Remember that your ...

Re(1): Unused PCA Step Tickets
I too have a $700 ticket. I never played it because of the lineup in the top steps. LOL at playing all the top ranked players for a seat. Kinda like that American Gladiator show with the skinny guy (me) trying to run the Gauntlet against all the muscle men. Even at the $215 level I had like 4 well know ranked players on my table. I was the dead $$$. forsurrre. I had a party poker ticket worth $650 for their wsop seat and didn't use it. They just gave me the cash. What is the big deal, it is the players money anyways. I am sure paying people won't not break pokerstar. Anyways that my 2 cents ...

Re(1): YOUR all Theives
Had the same thing happen to me with a rakeback thing. Sucked. Just sign up for your own Pocket fives account (we need more Evil's here, I think), than pick another poker site, like Full Tilt and get your free training. Lesson learned. Poker delivers bad beats. They suck. Wait to you get 2 outed for a 12K WSOP package.

Screen name changes
I have never posted before, but read this section, as often as I can. This site is great for poker and I thank everyone that takes time out of their day to help out other players. I have read alot about multi-accounting and so forth recently. So why don't poker sites give their users the option to change their screen name like their avatars. With all the poker software, ect... out their, it would allow players to have figure our who they are up against at the table. Has any sites done this before; that is allowed users to change their screen name (not account their name, one account for each ...
