Attn Rizen/David Jung/Anyone at Merge Actually some recommendations have been added and applied to the site, others are in the process of being added via software updates, unfortunately I don't see the software update coming out for quite some time now. I realize the appearance, but things are being listened to. I anticipate the H4H thing will be fixed soon, but I'm waiting for Merge to put the new MTT/SnG person in place and then I'll work with them to make sure it's one of the highest priority items. i'll be working with that person on improving the schedule too. Attn Rizen/David Jung/Anyone at Merge I haven't looked through everything, so let me know if there isn't anything specific I address: H4H - I've revisited that issue and a few of the others mentioned here with Merge. Post BF the focus was just on handling all of the new players and getting up to speed. I know it seems SLOW (and to a certain extent it is) but last I heard they're hiring a specific person to work on MTT/SnG issues and that person is supposed to work closely with me, so I anticipate we'll get a lot of the changes that don't require big software upgrades (this would NOT include some of the rebuy issues etc). Approval Notice from Lock We ran an update on the vault very late on the night of the 31st/morning of the 1st. it took < 5 minutes and in the process everyone's cash was transferred into the vault and then the same amount that was transferred in was transferred back out after the update was done, this is why you saw this message. For the scamming I can get his transfers and chat turned off pretty easily. If the chat logs here can be backed up with anything else it's pretty obvious there was some collusion going on too. Casino cashouts have gotten a bit slower in the last few weeks (2-3 weeks in most cases) and poker payouts have gotten faster (2-3 weeks as well). If time is of the essence and your bankroll can handle it, I would make the request on both sides then cancel the other request when you get confirmation one has gone out, this will cover all your bases. Moorman now a Lock Pro Chris, and all of the other Lock Pros, are allowed to play on any site they want. We encourage that they try and be as successful in their poker careers as humanly possible as it benefits everyone involved, including us. As far as the rest of the details of his agreement goes, obviously that is confidential for many reasons. We're super happy to have him as a part of our pro roster though and he's a sicko who's just been crushing it for a long time. Is Hero poker or Lock poker the best and most reliable site to play? Do they... I don't want to promise anything to people that can't be delivered on, and until Merge gives me a definitive date on US players I'm not comfortable putting one out there.
