I called Spurs in 5 for this OKC vs. SA series. I feel better about OKC than the Heat. Not saying a sweep, but wouldn't be shocked at all if SA beat the Heat in 5 as well. Good luck beating a team 4 out of 7 games that hasn't lost 4 games since early March.

He's also about to be having surgery...he's put it off for months, and it looks like it's gonna keep him out of the beginning of the Idol tour. Something dealing with his kidney stones that he's been dealing with. To me, I enjoyed him and his music and he was my favorite in the top 10 with Joshua CLOSE behind; I understand why other people don't like PP though.

Lol the teacher could be fired purely for cursing in class, but honestly, teachers shouldn't be getting political in the classroom anyway. Not the place for it. *Edit* OMG I just realized this teacher was obviously thinking on a 3rd or 4th level of thinking. She was just trying to teach about the necessity of freedom of speech. She's a genius!!! *Double ninja edit* Wow, she was a Social Studies teacher'! This makes this sooooo much worse than just what it was. It was already really bad. This just...wow. Of all people, she's the teacher that's supposed to be teaching her students ...

Nah, they said something like "Obviously the Lakers will use their team option on you for next year. Do you think a long-term deal will happen and do you want to be with the Lakers long-term." Then he said, "I don't care, I'll play anywhere." Personally, I think it's a dumb question to ask minutes after getting booted from the playoffs. I consider it in the same vein as asking someone if they are going to retire after losing in the playoffs.

Metta just gave credit to the Thunder for their win, as opposed to answering the stupid question of "OMGZ like are things cool with you and Harden now yo'" Bynum started talking about how he doesn't care if he's a Laker after next year. To be fair, he said all that after a frustrating game and he's not exactly known for saying smart things in an interview, and if the Lakers offer him a long term deal, obv he'll sign...but it was just stupid.

Unless Bynum is traded for Dwight Howard, Bynum will be given a longterm deal, so his interview post-disappointing loss doesn't really mean much and is moot. But still, his interviews make me cringe. Metta's interview was great.

This; I don't want Gasol gone at all. I don't like several things about his personality (As I said before, seems dumb to have to remind him to play aggressive), but it is a huge advantage to have those 2 7 footers in the paint. Lakers weaknesses were at point guard and bench...not sure what they can do to sure that up, but unless we can somehow miracle Dwight Howard AND get a long-term deal in the process with him, getting rid of Gasol or Bynum would be suicide.

Mike Brown, Kobe, MItch Kupchak,Lakers GM, Phil Jackson, Lamar Odom and Brian Shaw are trending. Not that it'll fix anything, but I'd like to see more Goudelock/Ebanks next year though.
