I'll take Stating the Obvious for 500 again n suggest that the pokerstars pros (collectively) will finish higher in the 1k and 2.5k nl events than any others, mainly because they will be taking them seriously with the huge prize pools. It's human nature for the pros not to take the minor events as seriously as the bigger ones. As for 'trying to lose'/'chip dumping'/'not representing the site' as a player in the tournament i'd feel that's exactly what i'd want from the pros or anybody. If they play their best it makes life more difficult than if they're not in the mood to be there. If Hachem ...

OK so here is an excerpt of a thread on Boards.ie, irish poker forum, im banned for life for telling a moderator to "go F**K a goat". If he makes it 1300-1600 he's representing AA (whether he has it or not), if he does have it he's more than likely gonna get more outta you with that bet and yet at the same time you're also more than likely gonna interpret the min raise as a def sign of strength and hence more likely to fold your KK to the minimum raise than the all-in. So that raise is much stronger whether he has it or not. If you see the overbet all-in as a disguised AA, still disagree with your pass......by moving in he knows a) you're good enough and b) you have plenty of chips to pass most of any hand from KK down, ...

Roothlus: raises 350 to 600 .....PrtyPsux: raises 1985 to 2585 and is all-in Why would he move in with AA' Not more likely to make it 1350 - 1600' Min raises your utg raise, fine big hand (likely), you make it 6 and he moves in..... for me thats an obv sign he's not as strong as AA. you have 2k behind at 15/30 if he has AA he's got plenty room to make it 1350-1600 and call a push. Corollary - personally saw him make the same play with JJ before ($162).
