damn, 405 is impressive, how much do you weigh mahg' Im 6' 195 and did 310 once last week, but there are a ton of guys at the gym that i go to that are about my size who do a lot more. One of my buddies who is 5'8 185 did 365 about a month ago.

While I agree that Houston will probably have a few more fights in the UFC, i don't see him ever even cracking the top 10, let alone being champ. The Diaz fight was sick, he has a ton of potential and the celebration after he locked on the triangle was cool as hell

It's really not that hard to figure out how much you can spend on an apartment. Even if you have never lived on your own before, you can get a pretty close estimate. Just figure out all of your expensives and plan a budget. That being said, at 3k a month take home, you can afford pretty much any 1 bedroom apartment around. %25 of your net pay is usually the rule of thumb.

I agree with the phil helmuth choice. He annoys the hell out of me and even though he is pretty big 6-5ish' I can't imagine him being much of a fighter at all.

If i had the choice to fight anyone, i don't think i would choose a professional athlete, especially not one who's 6-6 ~220. I would probably go with some actor or singer that i knew i could take, because getting my ass kicked by someone that i hate would really piss me off.

I think we all know how to read a box score, i just don't see how that is such a slam on him. That isnt even that horrible of a game, it wasnt like he was 2 for 25 or something like that. If that was the worst game he has played all year, he should be damn happy with his season.

While it's definantely possible, i dont really see it happening. You will have to work out hard and put a lot of time into it and more than likely, you will lose your ambition and quit. Also, i would get the hernia fixed as soon as possible and before you began working out. If you have to have surgery down the road, you will lose a lot of the progress you have made.

I'm a cat person, but all of my cats live outdoors. I don't think i could ever get a housecat, mainly just because they can be annoying as hell and their litterbox does smell horrible.

More than likely, you should be eating a lot more than 1200 calories, especially since you said that you had previously eaten fast food constantly. Your maintenance calorie level is probably a lot closer to 2500-2700 or so and you should shoot for about a 500 calorie deficit so you would lose about a pound a week since 3500 calories= 1 pound. That being said, pocketfives may not be the best place to look for nutriton advice. Check out these threads for a lot of good information about dieting and nutrition. this one should answer most of your questions: a lot of good information here too:

Crocop could come down to LHW too, if chuck doesn't want to fight HW, crocop is quite light for a heavyweight and could probably make 205 fairly easily.

Rene Agelil- agree Brad Booth- kinda well known I guess, but I agree on this one. Humberto B.- as much as I can't stand him, a lot of people want to watch him on TV. T.J Cloutier- too famous to be left off, even if his game isnt that great anymore, Paul Darden- agree Kristy Gazes- agree Annie Duke- Same as TJ, althoug she isnt there talent wise, she is very well known and a lot of people want to see her. Clonie Gowen-another player can't stand, but a lot of people think she is hot and since she has been on TV a number of times, the ignorant mind assumes she must be good at poker. Yash ...

Doesn't your post kinda contradict itself though beanie' Your post makes it seem as if the only people that should get invited to play are the great poker players who also make good television like negreanu, helmuth etc. I guess that makes sense, however the only problem is that there isnt enough players out there that fit that mold.

How many tables are you playing at at time' I used to have the same problem as you until I started playing more tables. If i am playing 8+ tables the beats just don't seem to hurt as bad as when i am playing 4 or less like I used to. A lot of times I don't even watch the showdowns when i am all in because other tables are popping up.

Dave makes a good point here too about not feeling bad about sitting on your ass for 4 hours if you go and workout afterward. After you get used to a routine, you will feel obligated to work out and will feel guilty if you do not. Also, I don't think the dumbells in the room thing is such a good idea, I would recommend getting a membership to a gym or if you are going to workout at home, have someone else workout with you. It is very hard to stay motivated when you are working out by yourself, and not always safe.

I would recommend trying to get on some sort of schedule when it comes to working out. A lack of structure causes a lot of workout plans to fail. For example, try making a commitment to lifting weights every monday wednesday and friday and running or doing some sort of cardio workout for at least 30 minutes on tuesdays and thursdays. This way, you have the weekend off which will help you from getting burnt out. Just remember that the first 21 days will be the hardest and if you force yourself into a habit for those 21 days, things should run smoothly after that.

Insta fold. Its really not close IMO, and if you run it through sngpt or sngwiz, its clearly a fold as well. If you're looking for good sng bubble advice, you have to be careful since a lot of the people who will respond have no idea how to play sngs.
