Re:Pokerstars on iPhone exactly. large screen for a cellphone but still a small screen. also entering bet amounts via the slider could be tricky. maybe if iphone 2.0 allows for a bluetooth keyboard it would be doable. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Why is Poker Stars GUI so awful? exactly. no reason they couldn't do like a tabbed window--one tab all text and the other tab pictures. I only play 3-4 tables at once though so the text isn't a huge deal for me. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Ughhh... if you don't believe in evolution... I DON'T LIKE YOU!!!! (at all) Even a moron can wrap his head around the logistics of evolution, the principles are not exactly that difficult to understand. If you only choose to acknowledge something because someone smart said its true rather than because you understand it yourself then you define idiocy. If you look at all the evidence and still come to the conclusion that evolution is not the way it happened then you define idiocy. Sure on a basic overview of the principles evolution are not hard to understand, but there a lot of factors and scenarios involved in a process that occurred over billions of years. If it ... Re:Ughhh... if you don't believe in evolution... I DON'T LIKE YOU!!!! (at all) what does it matter' i don't believe in evolution, but i don't not believe it either. Ppl smarter then me who work in the field of biology say its true so i guess it is. I have trouble wrapping my head around the odds of trillions of mutations changing one organism into another and during the period of transition that organism surviving natural selection, but scientists studied in the field say its not just possible--its likely. who am i to dispute it' if evolution is true, it happened over billions of years of undocumented history. why does it matter if joe citizen believes it ... Re(1): Vomitting while playing... earlier when i just started out playing online poker I was in a tournament with a buy in that was a lot bigger then I should have been playing. I was 2nd in chips on the bubble had AA was all in on a 468 board and got called by the chip leader with 99. turn 5, river 7. Went from dreaming of a big score (to me in my early days as a poker player) to finishing out of the money. I threw up in my mouth alittle. Since then I've played at stakes where the money doesn't mean much to me and i've come to understand bad beats just happen. So i haven't encountered the vomit problem again. FTP Support I recently changed over from PS to FTP as my site of choice. Anyway, I tried to log on today at about 6:30 central time and got a note that my account has been suspended. That's not the main issue however. The main issue is I emailed them immediately and again 10:30ish and still haven't received a response. Is this common place with FTP' I put my whole bankroll on that site and was going to play tonight and now I obviously can't. Any feedback or help would be appreciated. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(4): The Grind - may help some grinders and lower-limit players, plz read! Awesome watching a game at lambeau isn't it' I'm sorry i came off as a dick. Its just your post made it sound like you had low limit poker figured out and only lost because of being unlucky/variance. So when i sharkscoped you I was just surprised by the results. I posted it and looking back I shouldn't have. As far as the AJ hand I don't remember it or playing with you. I can believe it though because i've played probably 1,000s of hands poorly in my poker life. Continued gl to you and i hope you are in the black overall soon. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): The Grind - may help some grinders and lower-limit players, plz read! Judging by your sharkscope jdro you have alittle more grinding to do. Unless you're not jdro on PS. Good to see your results are improving though. I've just really started beating the $5 mttsngs a month or two ago and am now working on the $11 mttsngs. GL to you, the low limit grind is tough. Re(1): WPT Lawsuit and Future of Online Poker The whole thing about the release has always seemed silly to me. Like DN said, the release sucks but the WTP has yet to abuse it. Also, if you don't like the release that much don't play. Plenty of other ways to make money in poker without the WPT. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(7): Bodog Poker?? I would think tiwce They are different in the fact that Calvin Ayre is not a US citizen. Maybe I'm wrong I dunno. Another example would be a prostitute in amsterdam that has serviced tourists that are US citizens. But when she comes to the US she is arrested for doing something legal where the supposed "crime" was committed. Calvin Ayre and his company have not broken laws of Canada or Costa Rica. I just don't see the US government be able to arrest non-US citizens for commiting acts which are not illegal in their native country or the country in which there business is located. I'm no expert though. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Bodog Poker?? I would think tiwce But does he really do business in the US' Citizens of the US access a company based in Costa Rica. Internet is kind of a gray issue i agree, but I don't think the US government could arrest calvin. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): Bodog Poker?? I would think tiwce I have to disagree. That would be like the US government arresting a pharmacist visiting the US from mexico being arrested for selling roids to an american citizen in mexico. Its not within the powers of the US government. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
