Ryan Hall of Canada was the outright winner in the FTOPS IX Event #4 ($300+20 NLHE Cubed *1r+1a*) for nearly $160,000 in August 2008. He followed that up with a 2nd place finish in the PartyPoker $300k Guaranteed for $45k just three months later and also has a $19k score in another FTOPS event.
In 2011, Hall won the PokerStars $100 Sunday Rebuy for $55,000, besting a field of 900 players. In August 2012, he finished third in the site's Sunday 500 for another $37,000 after beating out most of a 775-player field. That same month, he placed second in the PartyPoker $100K Guaranteed High Roller for $16,000. One week later, Hall took second in the 888 Sunday Challenge for $15,000.
In April 2013, Hall finished fifth in the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl and made off with $10,000.
