Is there another site that tracks MTTs besides OPR?
opr still works fairly well. you can still see all of a players scores, their opr ranking each year and for the last 120 days, how much volume they play, and the avg finish % thing can be a pretty good indicator, esp if they are esp bad.

not motivated to do a 9 to 5 when I can make far more money from online poker!
exercise on a regular basis. maybe give meditation a try. take it easy on yourself. force yourself out of your comfort zone. you sound alot like me, although i dont really have social anxiety anymore(used to have severe social anxiety), more just socially unpracticed from isolating myself for so long in the past. shrooms helped me allot but thats not for everyone i guess. for me i find exercising on a regular basis gives me more self esteem and more energy. having more energy was/is key for me. it might just be a matter of getting out of the habit of being lazy and getting into the habit of ...

good question. AA/72o KK/32o QQ/83o JJ/73o TT/42o AKs/93o AKo/43o sounds about right to get you started. also along the same lines if you dont flop a set with a small pair 30 times in a row there is an 85% you will flop a set with your next pocket pair so you dont need "proper" set mining odds and can flat/slowplay your small pair with less than 20-1 implied odds or just shove allin for value.
