Full Tilt Poker Tournament Results
Hello Everyone - Full Tilt results were last received and scores posted in your results on 4-14-2011. We have not been able to receive the data over the weekend but will work diligently to update the site over the next few days. Updates 4/20 - We are now receiving results however there is a data gap from 4/14 to 4/18. 4/25 - Results were received for dates missed and should post to your profiles by tomorrow. If you still have a score missed that meets our tracking criteria please send the FTP tournament ID to rankings@. We appreciate your patience. Thanks!

Triple Crown question
If you add your names, your scores will be tracked including any of those that may have satisfied the criteria for a triple crown. Our system is set up to automatically notify me of TC current winners ... generally 2 days after all of the qualifying tournaments have posted in a player's profile, however this is not retroactive. And on occasion I have missed a TC award because one of the wins was missed by our scrappers and therefore our automated process unfortunately missed it too. Pokerstars.fr not counted in TLB?
At the moment we are only tracking tournaments with a real dollar ($) buyin. However we will definitely be looking into converting tournaments played in Euros in our feeds.

PokerStars missed tournaments
Hello Everyone - We had an error with our feeds this week which resulted in a lost of data on PokerStars on November 2nd and 3rd. If you have a score on these dates that meets our minimum tracking requirements, MTT with at least 100 entrants and $1,000 in the prizepool, please send the tournament ID # via our contact page or directly to support@ and we will get the result entered as soon as we can. P5's Sliding Leaderboard page is inaccurate
The sliding calculation is correct. The problem is related to the page display and cache. Some pages are cached at different times to avoiding pulling from the database too often. Page 6 was cached today which shows players in the correct position. Page 7 cache has not expired since yesterday thus the reason you are seeing the player on that page still. I've reported this and we will work on a solution for the display/cache so there are not duplicates. Thanks

Carbon Poker July Freeroll not working?
Seems that Carbon did not issue the coupons correctly. I contacted the person who set this event up and let them know that no one had been able to register prior to the event. Carbon was not able to rectify the situation in time, therefore will either re-schedule the event with Carbon or add the qualified players to next month's event. We apologize for any inconvenience and will get this issue settled directly with Carbon as soon as possible.

Full Tilt data delay

Just wondering why none of my Absolute Poker scores show up on my stats?
Hi Guys - I'm taking a look at each of your accounts, some of you did not have the poker site names verified on the account and therefore no scores were tracking. There may be several possible reasons why a result would not be listed in your profile: * The tournament occurred more than one year ago. Though the tournament may have been tracked, for server efficiency, we only list a year's worth of results on recent scores pages. (

When will recent scores be updated?
We are still working on our feeds. Full Tilt will be providing the missing tournament information by the end of this week (not guaranteed) and PokerStars is slower updating than the old site, which will also be fixed asap. We are doing the best we can but unfortunately it takes time to get a response from the poker sites and a reaction.

Hello P5ers and welcome to the new & improved site! I've received quite a few inquiries regarding missing tournaments and when scores will update. A few things: - Tournament data is updating however it is a little slower than normal as we try to work out some bugs - Full Tilt was last updated on 5/29/2010; there is an issue uploading the data and we've been in contact with FTP to resolve this issue. PokerStars missing scores
Hello Everyone - Our PokerStars feeds appear to have been interrupted on 4/15/2010. The last successful update was on 4/14/2010 - we have been receiving some tournaments since then however not the normal amount. Cake Network Feeds Delay

bwin (OnGame) profile name & feeds
All - As most of you know, we stopped tracking bwin (OnGame Network) on 06/14/2009 when they changed to their new software client. Missed Tournaments - ALL sites on Dec 4th & 5th updated
Hi Everyone - You may have all noticed that some tournaments were not reported from last weekend. We had a server issue and were not able to get all of the data from December 4th and 5th from all sites. We have an estimate on the number of tournaments that were missed on each site. Since it is more than a handful we will be requesting this information directly from the poker sites and have to manually enter these. Hi - We are working with bwin to try and get those feeds up and running again. However, we honestly have not made much progress.
