What does a day in the life of a low limit MTT grinder look like' How many tournaments does a low limit MTT grinder play per day' What tournaments on what sites does he play' I would love to see the tournament schedule for a full week.

I disagree with virtually all the other responses. If your goal is to beat 1/2, you don't need to wear sunglasses. If your goal is to develop habits at 1/2 that will serve you well as you move up in stakes, then you should definitely start working on eliminating tells. If that means wearing sunglasses, do it. What you should not do is take 1/2 half seriously because it is so easy to beat. Those bad habits will be far more difficult to unlearn as you move up in limits.
