yeah, shoving is really the only play worth while here unless villain is the tightest player ever (and I mean ever) and then I'd still jam. all-in is a pot sized bet and you'd get value from a call with any draw. if you're beat--ul, reload.

what was your stack size' up to ~$125 I don't mind a shove-looks like a huge (albeit non-garbage) range, something like 55-AA and A10+. looks weaker than a standard raise. Can definitely get someone to gamble with a mid PP or AQ/AJ type of hands OR someone that limped AK/higher PP hoping the straddler would raise. Above $125-$250 then I'd go with your raise size or slightly smaller/larger and plan on getting it in postflop anyway possible. Above $250 I'm making your raise size and playing postflop to the best of my ability value-wise. No mathematical logical to those cut-offs, just how ...

Need opponents stack sizes. I don't think its a bad call pre if stacks are all fairly deep and there's been plenty of action on the table but, damn, most of the time we have interest in this hand postflop, we'll be playing against an utg raiser with a draw oop against most anyone else that is also along for the ride. folding pre is probably best, but only u had a good feel on table conditions at that point. 1. your bet prices out a flush draw but this is live 1-2, we can generally get way more value and we really want to get the button to fold. I know what you were feeling. when you get in that 'zone' ask yourself if your plays make sense given math, reads, etc. and then when you're feeling angry/confused asked yourself why you're there. if you answer with anything other than 'here to make money first and foremost' then leave. seems so f@cking obvious but have seen people tool out for no good reason all too often.

dude, you're young. this isn't a 'bad' situation-but it has real potential to get bad if you really want a 'real relationship'. Like I said, keep it cool so you don't burn the bridge. I'd also look into what she said about her past relationships to get a read on what's going on. It's possible that with you going on trips and openly admitting to banging other broads that she's just trying to get your attention because she doesn't think you care for her. yeah, i know, this sounds pretty obv. I just see no positive result here in the short term. I would think that even if she's a 'good girl' ...

Been in this situation before (roughly) and prolly about the same age. if we're using poker metaphors then play this one like you've already busted out and anything further is a bonus. I'd get any ideas you have in your head that you two will 'have a real relationship' changed right quick. you won't last, one (or both) of you will get mad and years later you'll wish you kept it cool for sex when you both weren't in better relationships. the thing i'd be learning from this is to look for this guy whenever I get to the poker room and do everything I can to get onto his table. I agree with dtools for the most part but I'm not worried about the caller. good 'young guys' would be raising with a monster hand in that spot and bad 'young guys' are folding to the big action that has come afterwards. you're just ahead of way too many hands that these live dopes are betting/raising with. disclaimer-I live in vegas where there is absurdly bad play in 1-2 games. that said, might as well reach for the wallet right away, you're probably fading hearts, other two pair cards and aces/nines once the old man decides 'there's too much in the pot' to fold.

I'd agree with a draw for round 3. I didn't think condit really did dominate until round 4. to CardxFactor--those kicks have to count, but I agree otherwise, diaz controled the fight most of the time.

well, i'm glad condit won but I had diaz taking the first 3 and condit with the 4th and draw for the 5th, didn't look like diaz did much damage on the ground. however, I can see draws by random judges in the first 3 rounds as well. I think diaz won but I was diappointed with him after the 3rd and don't feel bad for him losing subsequently.

I had it 30-28 chael. Won 1 &3, 10-10 second round. I can see a one round swing for bisping, but chael won. Agree though, chael didn't look like a silva beater

sorry brah, just putting my two cents in (which is actually worth less than that). strange, I've never felt anything during any campaign/primary/election-just didn't care (call me what you want) but revolution has me caring for some reason. anyway, I asked prior in thread if he'd have interest in a VP position and that got a big negative reply. I wonder if this is his last go-round cause he evidently stated that he won't run for his seat again.
