$5 Rebuy HH 2 Looks like a rr or fold situation to me. With~40 bb I'm just sigh/folding and not getting involved in what looks like a tricky situation...any read on that vvdh limp may change my mind tho. Live 2/5 situation with JJ Playing 77-1010 oop reckless makes him a dif kind of fish than you identified as the table make up. Live 2/5 situation with JJ At first I agreed with hookey but against this type of table where you have such solid reads I think you can get the pot going a little earlier. Your reads combined with the action-pretty obv villain has another over pair lower than yours. Almost like a min-3 bet on the flop. You said all villains were relatively non-thinking and I think the check-raise on flop weights his range towards 99/1010; I think he plays 77/88 more passively. Anyway, the min 3-bet on flop bloats the pot a little and allows you lager value bets for 2 more streets in position...he's got the 6 then he'll def let you ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

live 1-3nl - wwyd turn/river 2 parts pretty sure 'fold pre' is the right answer here and I'm definitely not the 'fold pre' guy when it comes to live cash at the bottom stakes offered. that said, I dont think you played this hand too terribly. flop raise gave villain a little worse than 3:1 pot odds/4.9:1 implied- which gets value from draws but gives acceptable implied odds-a raise to $160 is better (after he calls I think we rule out A4ss-he probably 3 bets you with that). you gave ~3.3:1 pot odds/2.9:1 implied on turn-again gets value from draws/as played does not give acceptable implied odds(as said, have to think he ... UFC 151 Jones/Hendo may be canceled Sorry, on my phone. Smoke and mirrors. Ufc cancels 151 and then announces its back on. Press reports it's due to all other fighters complaining that they aren't getting a payday and that JJ is 'ducking' sonnen. Then , maybe, chael turns up smack talk and JJ says 'its on now mf'.
