Everything was just fine today until I saw this. A warrant would be required to enter the house if the police were conducting a search and seizure operation - without a warrant any evidence they collect would be inadmissible. They don't need a warrant to enter investigating a domestic violence complaint because there is an implied imminent threat to an individual's safety. There is no time to secure a warrant under these circumstances and they aren't going to leave simply because the people standing behind the door said everything was fine. They have no way of knowing whether the man was lying or even if the woman was lying because she felt ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Basically, instead of the stores having tubs of ice cream that get scooped out into a cone, the ice cream came in pre cut cylindrical sleeves that were wrapped in paper.
