^ Good for you James. It is rare in the poker world this happens, you should be commended. Eric Lynch and Cliff Josephy also signed at UB at points in time, but both left quickly. I was the guy that walked off the Best Damn Poker Show in 2008. I spent a week with Annie and Phil, the scandals were just coming out and the root of the issue (despite what others may think) was the whole "high and mighty" attitude of UB, Annie and people behind the scenes. It is what it was...she is toast. Who are her fans' Where are they now' ADD: I do want to add I remain a fan of Phil Hellmuth.

The WSOP Circuit is in my homeotwn (St. Louis, MO) and along with the circuit comes some of my most trusted sources. Yesterday, I had a conversation with a little bird, who basically said the following: The media guys are having a blast with the Annie Duke File in the pits. And because P5s has always been fair with me, I would like to share the following gossip... My source tells me "Harrahs properties will never post the images of Howard Lederer, Annie Duke, Chris Ferguson and Russ Hamilton ever again". Haley (nice lady), who I have spoken to recently via email, did tell me and posted elsewhere, that Phil Hellmuth did in fact join UB in 1998. She also went on to say, UB/AP owners did purposely spread much misinformation over the years. Pretty standard stuff. She also mentioned a BDPS contestant Jon Nau was NOT a member of the SAE fraternity but in fact a college buddy of GG. The fact of the matter is, contrary to my post, Phil joined UB before Annie.

I want to address this silly post specifically. (1) On blaming everything UB on Annie Duke. I never said that, nor implied it. (2) On tying the FTP mess to Annie. The fact is, her brother was listed as the biggest beneficiary of dividends at FTP according to the DOJ indictment. He was HER BROTHER. Without a doubt, PH said it. I spent a few days with them, and it was very clear to me, Annie ranked over PH at UB. "I would go on to post a thread at Pocket Fives about my experiences on the show (the 2+2 version went viral). During the long post, I told what seemed to be an inconsequential story from the show.
