Beats by Dre or Quiet Comfort?
beats have a serious quality issues. the display models break, people return them for the speakers going out and what not. but i haven't seen anyone return qc15's. i just picked up the Bose AE2 and love them. I also picked some sound system for my tv and it is pretty awesome as well. so my vote goes to bose

make sure you sit on the bikes. i really noticed the differences between the gsxr i had and my friend's R6, F4i, and Ninja. the gsxr just fit me better, like as far as for fitting with my thighs around the tank and what not. so i could hold on better :p no, but really, get a jacket and helmet. they'll save your life like they did mine. i high sided mine taking a twisty a little too fast when my rear wheel slipped for a sec and then caught and threw the bike over the other way. had a slight concussion and some damage done to my ankle, other than that i was unscathed. highside ...

I love criminal minds as well and if you want a show that is comparable, IMO, I would go with Numbers. Charlie Epps from Numbers is comparable to Spencer Reed from Criminal Minds. Definitely check it out. My second recommendation would be Castle if you want some humor and then Criminal Intent. I could only recommend the first season and a half of Fringe. Didn't care much for bones or NCIS and SVU For me: Numbers >>> Castle/CI > Fringe > SVU > Bones/NCIS/L&O

you "push" and hold on the app w/o opening it for a couple seconds. then they will have a wavy/floating effecting then you can move them to wherever you want. when you are done you hit the home button.

I've never seen an iPhone unlocked and working on Sprint or Verizon. I'm pretty sure it is only unlockable to GSM networks. So any AT&T phone could work on any GSM network. Basically the only other network it would work on in the US is T-Mobile. Also so there is no confusion, any T-Mobile phone would be unlockable to AT&T.

Based on that you need to decide if you want a full touchscreen phone or a physical keybaord. If you want strictly a touchscreen then get the storm 2 9550. If you want the physical keyboard get the Tour 9630. Hopefully the Tour 2 will come out within the 30 days and you can exchange. Thats what I'm doing today, going to get the tour and praying that the new tour comes out within my 30days. I also talked to the rep and he said that if it came out he would waive the restocking fee.

Did you know that last November Verizon raised their Early Termination Fees for smartphones from $175 to $350' So that $200 phone (after rebate) will cost you another $350 when you cancel the service for it.

if you can tell me some more information i can help you with what you should get... like what do you do most with your phone' in order of importance rank these: text, email, web browsing, social networking i would say the only reason to get a droid over a blackberry is if web browsing is most important to you(even though blackberry will have a webkit browser out some time this coming summer). the droid's physical keyboard is not very easy to type on. if you live close enough to a verizon store, i would suggest going in there and trying it out.
