Death Penalty . . . GO !!!
Let's just say my burden for being "proven 100% guilty" far exceeds being identified by one witness (not even committing the crime) and the evidence used to commit the dude in the article you cited. If you have a confession, video of the crime, or dozens of witnesses and clearcut DNA evidence I have little issue with the death penalty.

Indianapolis 500 Pool
Going to run another pool for the upcoming Indianapolis 500 race. I'm not much of a racing aficionado but I figure gamboling on it will make it more entertaining/watchable for 500 miles. We did this for the derby and it was a lot of fun. The race is a few weeks away (May 27) but I figured I might as well start this up early so we're not running around looking for entrants like I was for the Kentucky Derby. Let it be known that I don't really take issue with him publically stating he's in favor of gay rights. I just don't believe in hyping him up for it because it's a belief we've known he's had all along and never had the stones to say so. And I'm with MS as someone who voted for Obama in the last election but won't do so again because he's done absolutely nothing to change how Washington is ran or how transparent government is. I also think it's ridiculous we are debating what's morally right and wrong to determine what freedom to make choices each person has. Live and let live...

It's like de ja vu in every single political thread I enter on here....the standard trolls spouting nonsense and defending their party reps regardless of position/action and Willywoo being one of the few who can look at issues in a balanced way and point out that both parties are largely scum only concerned with getting elected and maintaining/increasing their power.
