So you advise people in the US not to play online because it's "illegal", but yet you encourage people to play in raked live games that are also considered illegal and in addition to the threat of arrest and funds confiscation also carries the threat of being robbed at gunpoint. No hypocrisy there. Nice to see you're so trusting of someone who on their very first post is looking for an illegal poker game that has plenty of cash lying around. I'm sure you'll delete this post too.

Please Explain Why Fantasy Football and Derby Wars is Legal and Online poker not.....
Marty Gold, a powerful lobbyist for the NFL and Bill Frist "advisor" is the man who orchestrated the UIGEA, so being it was an NFL bill, no surprise it "protects" their fantasy football while at the same time trying to de-legitimize offshore NFL betting. The Horse racing lobby is old money but still very well represented in DC, so any anti-gambling bill was always going to exempt horse racing. The will of the majority and/or the rights of the individual are not the primary reasons for laws being passed or not passed. Sad but true. It's been that way for over 100 years unfortunately.

If you're looking for a legal casino, try google. If you're looking for a private game, and taking into effect it's your first post, which increases the likelihood you're either a thief or a law enforcement goon, I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a response.

Bovada stole $2000 from me and given any excuse, will steal money from you as well
The UIGEA is a banking law under the auspices of the Federal Reserve Bank. Bovada predominately uses international banks , not under the authority of the Fed, and exempt from US law. As far as indictments go, if no one sets foot on US soil, who cares' If any American financial institution wants to accept or deny any financial transaction, that is their choice. In fact, the stipulations by the Fed under the UIGEA stipulations give the banks THE CHOICE of what they want to do, as long as they make an effort to have a policy in place regarding the statute. And by the way, the feds can only ...

Bovada stole $2000 from me and given any excuse, will steal money from you as well
Have you ever read the UIGEA' I mean in its complete text. If you have, you must not understand the law very well, because if you did, you wouldn't continue to embarrass yourself by referencing it as something that online poker rooms "violate". Besides its obvious limitations, the fact that it was a bill orchestrated by Marty Gold on behalf of the National Football League (with shameless exemptions for fantasy football) and could only be passed by being attached to a non-related must pass bill (Port Security Act) at the stroke of midnight on the last day possible with absolutely no debate ...

New York State coming soon?
New York government is as corrupt as any (which I suppose can be said for many states). They'll need support of head legislature rat and total slime, Sheldon Silver, to get anything passed. This means workers will have to be unionized (and in NY, that means ridiculous wages, benefits, retirement plans and unneeded middle management), and the state will want a big piece of the pie. Then they'll have to placate the Indian tribes, who have a lot of power and political clout, which probably means they have to get a share. So like most things in NY, it will be tough to negotiate any set up ...

Bovada stole $2000 from me and given any excuse, will steal money from you as well
Bovada CLEARLY says to pick up your WU transfer within 20 days. I've had plenty of them and never had a problem, and you can bet your #$& I don't wait more than a few days tops to pick it up. As far as the client freezing, I too started to have problems, and had to re-boot to get back when it would occur, which when playinG HU SNG'S can be like giving money away if it happens at a later blind level. So I did something really revolutionary, I actually called them and asked what I could do to lessen this problem, and they explained about clearing caches and cookies, freeing up disk memory, and ...

Bodog raided? - Calvin Ayre wanted for Arrest?
I'm not knocking your advice to real people who play outside the US, those are your opinions and I respect them. I just wish you wouldn't treat this obvious charlatan like a real person though. That's what he wants.

You're not too bright, are you boy' The more you post, the more credibility the science of Eugenics receives. And I have lots of friends outside of NY, and they're not made up so I can talk to myself on forums under 10 different aliases. Too bad you weren't around during the cold war, I bet you had friends in Romania and Hungary, and Czechoslovakia, all who had inside info on the KGB's activities too.

Bodog raided? - Calvin Ayre wanted for Arrest?
Why do you give these obvious bogus scare tactics credibility' There is no reason NOT to play at a site like Bodog. They've got over 15 years of solid credibility behind them. That earns you a certain level of confidence. What shocks me is how some people can be such pussies worried about the stupid UIGEA or the US government. If you want to play it safe, only keep a certain amount there that you can handle to lose in a worst case scenario. Anyone who does business with customers in the US is exactly the kind of business we need more of. Can you imagine through history if everyone was a pussy ...

Why don't you spread your fake propaganda somewhere where the readers are dumb enough to believe you, not here. Try one of those papers that has headlines about aliens landing every other day. Let's see, brand new account from Canada who just so happens to have a friend working for Bodog in the Philippines and just so happens that the sky is falling, yet the best sources for this type of thing who have been spot on for the last 10 years every time a major shakeup happens in the online gaming business report no such thing. Sorry Charlie, no sale. Why don't you go try and sell a vacuum ...

Seems like Robert Gustafsson and his "crew" is sending out fake Phillipine government press releases from a US Gmail. Gustaffson is the ex-Bodog employee charged with stealing a lot of money from Bodog and was recently charged, and apparantly has had some past shenanigans in Sweden.

Las Vegas Sands CEO Sheldon Adelson escalates effort to ban online poker!
So when someone says they are willing to spend whatever it takes to negate the individual freedoms of it's citizens, and/or the will of its people, doesn't that imply that someone who spends enough money can' Where is the outrage by EVERYONE that a pompous billionaire would make such a statement and think such thoughts' I mean we all know the power and influence of money on our political system (very few are that naive as to think it doesn't have any), but when people come right out and say they're going to spend money to do it, we've hit a new low in this country. My head isn't in the sand. No funds are 100% safe, and that includes pension funds, 401k's, and bank accounts all "legal" in the US. Ask an Enron retiree or a million + folks who had their money in a mutual fund that went poof. Have you ever read the UIGEA in full' I'll lay 1/5 you never have. If you had (and understood it) you'd realize it's only a method of forcing (very loosely too) independent banks to submit to the wills of a private banking cabal. I don't care who "blatantly" violates bogus unconstitutional statutes created by a private entity like the NFL and Marty Gold, tacked on to ...

NJ senator wants to sell licenses to offshore companies
What law would that be' I'm still waiting for someone to produce the exact Federal or state statute that would forbid it from a state who has permitted it by law. I have yet to see one, and believe me, I've looked. Horse racing wagering pools that are for races run on US soil are co-mingled with bettors in other countries, including Germany. If that's permitted, then explain to me the difference' And don't tell me the UIGEA and it's horse racing exemption because the UIGEA does not apply to this situation since we're dealing with a legal activity that is not breaking ANY Federal or state laws.

Article: USA Today Internet Gambling Editorial: "Time for Congress to Pull the Plug"
WRONG. If the government stayed out of online poker and other things it has no constitutional authority to do, we would all be playing on PokerStars. No gambling sites prey on children, it's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard. Children don't have much money for starters. And if anyone counters that with "they'll steal their parents credit card", then don't complain about getting slapped in the face, because you deserve it, and probably need it too for thinking something so moronic. Before the US got involved, the free market gave us Pokerstars to play poker, Neteller to send and ...

Las Vegas Sands CEO Sheldon Adelson escalates effort to ban online poker!
The industries traditional business model being that all the players lose, only suckers can play, and that only the selective few that can raise enough fiat money to build a hotel can be licensed. This zionist pig needs to be shut up, permanently. He is a virus on the freedom and liberty of America (and I'm not only talking about gaming freedom), and as a virus, should be treated as such.

From $60 to $60,000
I turned $13 into $24,000 at Bovada without ever going broke. Nobody will believe me, but I don't really care, I didn't do it for accolades, I did it because I was dumb enough to turn 6k into $13 to begin with betting too much on golf and horses. If you're +EV on the games you play (which you obviously need to be) than the key is bankroll management, LONG hours, and an understanding of what your plan to your goal is. You will have to be willing to start very small to combat variance, know when to up your stakes, and somewhere during your quest, you will need the discipline to go down a level ...

Article: Jim McDermott Introduces Legislation to Tax Internet Gambling in USA
He says the taxes will get split up between the Federal gov., the states, and TRIBES. It's hilarious how much power indian tribes have in the state of Washington, in fact, it's down right embarrassing. They coerced the state government to make playing online poker a felony, and now have this bozo actually trying to skim money to the indians on a federal bill. $@#* the indians! We don't need a Federal bill permitting online poker because online poker breaks no laws, it's permissible without one. The only reason online poker isn't in the US is because these vultures have the power (not granted ...

Article: Isildur1: "Be Aggressive, But Be Smart About It"
That statement implies that someone crushes him using a HUD. Who does' Nobody I can think of. Lot's of players who don't use HUD's beat HUD using players all the time if they're the better player, especially heads-up. HUD users look for statistical based information which can be very useful multi-tabling MTT'S and ring games, but heads-up against a creative player who uses different lines and patterns to exploit you, it is the HUD user that often becomes the exploited one if he relies too much on statistical based history that has little relevance.

Jay Farber Interview with TMZ
The guy (from what is reported anyway) had a paying gig with nightclubs and parties before the WSOP, so if he had blown the 10k buy in, he wouldn't be broke (or he wouldn't have played). So the kid gets hot, wins around 3 million after taxes and wants to spend the money, God bless him. What is so wrong with making a score and then spending it and gambling some of it' You only go around once, so why not' If he goes through the 3 million, he'll be back where he was before the tournament (which was probably just fine), except he'll have some awfully nice stuff and some great memories.

Article: Biggest Winner In This Year's WSOP Main Event: The Taxman
The IRS was founded to enforce taxes ratified in 1913 which was the same year the Federal Reserve was enacted. 1 year later, a World War was in motion with money raised by borrowing from the same banking families who created the Fed. The Fed lends fiat credit notes to the governments who can only pay the interest on that debt by having an income tax. The US income tax began as a 3% income tax on only the top 0.5% of earners, so the public didn't seem to mind. Then, the US gets dragged (coerced by Zionists) into a European War where they had no stake in, and low and behold, EVERYONE is paying ...

So while income taxes have been around long before he was on the scene, he raised taxes under his flag, and yes, he did have something to do with it.
