Re:Random Number Generation Well I have no fondness of UB. I did do a check at and they do not seem to have any links to any RNG generation page on their site. Now there is a result from google at . There does not appear to be a way to access this page from the main site at all. Technically to me that means that they are not officially offering this page as valid site information. It is stored on their server, but not linked to by any page on their site. Make of that what you will. I didn't check pokerstars. Maybe someone else can.. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Unassigned? I believe he was/is a pokerstars employee. I think he left Canada to go work for them in Costa Rica a few years ago. He is a friend of a university buddy of mine. Apparantly a good guy. Never met him, but also never heard he was a monster like these FT's indicate. Good Run.. another win in the pokerstars family. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:it cant just be me fwiw this is exactly what happened 3 times when I took breaks of varying lengths for jobs or moving countries. after redepositing and running good for a month, the unbelieveable downswing happens. where AK loses to KJ all the time. Domination means nothing, 80/20's are more like 40/60's etc etc etc. You know the drill. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

FT is jacked up I don't know exactly what the motivation for their rigging the deck or why they desire a "continuous shuffle" but Im telling you. Full Tilt is not a random deal. Period. The numbers dont add up and I welcome the day for Party to come back and will pop some champagne on the day that it is let out that Full Tilt does not have a fair deal. I don't need to justify this post with HH or graphs or any such shit from my tracking software. It's true and you know it. I just havent been one of the fortunate ones slotted for a 5 figure score on that site. eat shit and die full tilt ... Posted in: Bad Beats |

super monkey tilt ok ok..... so I wrote a downswing post earlier its the next day now. and I just bubbled the money on a FT where I started as chip leader when someone called my all in AK with A on flop with T2 and rivered and turned 2 2. Next hand on a 14K gtd. AK w. A on flop loses to all in J2o when turn and river are 2 2... full tilt has monkey tilted me. I will not be redepositing when my bankroll evaporates as I am now sure it will. As we speak I have AA on another tourney and expect to lose. Fuk you full tilt there is some seriously fkn fishy biz going on there. MONKEY TILT ooooo oooo oooooooo ooooooo Posted in: Bad Beats |

downswing so Ive tried to be patient. Im on a month long downswing. No cashes. losing to miracle river cards again and again and again. Im at the point where I'm terrified of AA KK QQ and AK.. as in the last month they mean death. Anytime it's a cruicial point in a tourney. AK, QQ, KK gets beat by Ax, xx and other turd cards that shouldnt even be in the hand in the first place. 2 outters are gold for the villians. Everyone calls everything and hits. Im sick to death of it. I have tracking software so don't tell me I only remember the bad beats. AK is as profitable for me as K3o and that ... Posted in: Bad Beats |

Re:CAN THIS REALLY HAPPEN?????/? Cake Poker Terms of Service 8. PERSONAL USE OF GAMING SERVICES: You agree to keep Your account information secret and confidential and to not allow anyone else to use or have access to it. Does this spell it out for you guys' TOS Cake Poker Bulletin 8 spells it out crystal clear.. Giving someone your password and user name is clearly in violation of " not allow anyone else to use or have access to it." Seriously read the TOS before you come down on me with your opinions. Re:CAN THIS REALLY HAPPEN?????/? Ok lemme get this straight. You were playing in a tourney. Let's say at the Venetian. It's a two day tourney. First day you build your stack and are doing just fine. Day 2 you wake up with a headache and ask your friend to wear a disguise and pretend he is you. He wins the tourney. The floor congratulates him and shakes his hand. Just then his disguise falls off and they realize that it is not the same person that started the tourney. They adjust the payouts and disqualify you. Are you gonna whine then' I say they take your money and give it to the rest of the field. What you did is ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Sit & Go - Who stops playing SnG's on Friday nights and Saturdays? Thanks for the posts people. To the posters who replied that either this post is a joke or I am an idiot of some sort. 1: I am well aware that 40 games is not a sample size of any note. 2: I am not looking for any sympathy 3: If you read my post without being such chronic haters you could see that I outlined the expected profitability of these games and an understanding of math. To the posters who replied without hating. 1: Thanks for your thoughts. Overwhelmingly the idea is that Fri and Sat are there for the killing. Re:Sit & Go - Who stops playing SnG's on Friday nights and Saturdays? I hear what you're saying. I wish it was the case. But I am losing consistently to the dongulingus who calls with 85o and hits 2 pair or a runner runner straight. Check these numbers over my last 40 games. these are elimination hands or hands that finished the tourney. 40 hands. when I have best of it I lose - 66% of the time. when its a coinflip I lose - 100% of the time when I have the worst of it I lose - 90% of the time when I have opponent dominated I lose - 70% of the time The results from the previous 3 saturdays are mirror image, except for one where I had results as expected by ... Sit & Go - Who stops playing SnG's on Friday nights and Saturdays? I play sng's regularly during the week. I have a positive ROI and am happy with my style. I understand that looking for weak players to play against is paramount to success. My question is, Do you as a SnG regular avoid playing on Friday nights and Saturdays for any reason' I am considering dropping these slots from my schedule as they are consistent ROI killers for me. Mathematically speaking these days should be no different from any others. The instances of losing with the best hand however are dramatically increased on these days it seems. I'm sure I don't need to whine about ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:BOYCOTT FULLTILTPOKER - Here is how This cashout whining has got to stop. Do you think Full Tilt wants this bad press and to frustrate customers' The problem is the American Govt and their pressure on the banks. Bitch at your government and the problem will have a better chance of getting solved, bitch at FTP and you are wasting your time. In case you havent noticed the govt is making payment processing a royal pain in the ass and a near impossibility for the sites to move lots of cashouts with any regularity. Re:Stars just doesn't care anymore....... I am noticing that about 1/3 of every table in $75+ tourneys and satty's to big games is populated by a player with 11-45 games played, all with buyins over 75$ and a ROI of 85% plus, with 19%+ cash rate with a win or two in the 5 to 6 figure range. All accounts active on or since beginning of year with no losing months. I don't know but that sounds fishy. Are we seeing a whole slew of cardroom pro's joining the online ranks, or, are we witnessing new accounts by established players or multi accounts' I tend to think is a case of multi accounts to hide playing styles and it is ... Why is there a bad beat forum? Why do you lose? Possible explanations: 1- you suck 2- they suck 3- poker is rigged 4- variance my opinion... 4- VARIENCE: If you look at your stats and see ... well yes I do seem to get AA the correct amount of times per 20K hands. and I do seem to win 80% of the time when I have AA... so all the stats seem to point to correct RNG.. so poker isnt rigged.... well when it comes to vital... and I mean vital... situations where AA needs to hold up.. well the win rate is more like 40%. I win with AA early on and lose with it on the bubble, early in the money, or at the final table. Varience in my opinion seems ... Posted in: Bad Beats |
