The thing is, QQ can't improve (basically one out) but AK can and that give trip kings an edge in this spot, but sometimes trip queens are good in this spot, it depends when the player was able to see it and get excited, and how excited.

Shaniac Jr. feels that Pokerstars should stick to its schedule and not fuck with the lunar calendar just because a bunch of college kids want to run around and get drunk on December 31st. Shaniac Jr. is happy that many of his less disciplined peers will be out partying instead of taking advantage of massively +EV tournament and pities the fool that skips this event because of the "holiday."

Ugh enough of these posts, people don't owe their disconnected opponents refunds EVER. If you play HSP online you should have at least two internet sources and a couple of friends whom you can call in an emergency. If you fall asleep after registering, well you just lost your edge, but that doesn't mean your opponent should have to lose his newfound edge, refund you, OR suffer any ethical dilemna. Ozzy didnt owe you money and you don't owe this cat money.

When someone goes into GA/NA/WA (Whatever Anonymous), they tell that person to totally shut out all aspects of their addiction. You can have beef with that philosophy (and Shaniac Jr. is not a wholesale defender of12-Step programs by any means), but undoubtedly, when it came to your IMs to Duff, Duff probably chose to pay attention to his "Recovery" rather than to mentally dealing with leftover debts.
