playing some 1-2nl at local spot. bought in for 200, bout 5th hand dealt to me, 2nd pot i had been involved in. Live straddle is on, couple limps. around to me, i make it 20 to go, with Ad Ah. Villian A calls 20, Villian B calls 20 flop is Qd 8d Qc. I am first to act and I check, villian A bets 25, villian b folds. I call. turn is 7 of H, I check, Villian Checks. River is Kd, at this point there is like 130 in the pot. I didnt like the card, but i thought if i put in a blocker type bet in case he did his some bs flush and i also felt that could also have some value here and i didnt want to ...

I gave my buddy Phil at +250 (meant to give him 225) before the tournament and Rocco at +150 in the early stages yesterday, once there was no Phil to root for, putting up 125 and 75 to his 50 on each. Obviously he didn't like Tiger's back nine and he actually lost $200 on Tiger's 80ft eagle putt after he gave someone else 10-1 for $20. Needless to say, it was fun watching golf today and I know 1 person who hates Tiger with a passion atm. I personally want to make sweet man love to the guy.

Eh just play for another day or two and Bodog will give you a deal and put you in the WSOP. I railed JR Bellande the other night in a 5/10NL game at the Rio and it was some of the worst play I've ever seen. BTW, 2 outers are standard. I'd get used to it.

no, it wasnt like that. I didnt purposely make the bets without being able to pay them. my buddy was suppose to pay me what he owed me. which wouldve covered all the bets I made on the superbowl. but he didnt. obv its still my own fault and ill make it right. im not disagreeing with u by any means. 100% correct, I am lucky the people I owe are giving me sometime to pay them and make it right. lesson learned

there is no question on whether or not the bets will be paid. welched seems more like a permanent thing like i have no intention of paying them. those who i lost too, will be paid asap. ive told them all that too. only thing i can do is pay them when i got the money. but it will happen, and they know that.
