P5'er Scott Montgomery There's a significant difference between "getting lucky" and playing RIDICULOUSLY bad -- this situation involved both aspects, but more of the second option ... And although Rheem got himself in some bad situations (QQ vs KK / K9 vs 66 / etc) he didn't play any of those hands poorly ... his lines were believable and in the unfortunate events where he was coolered he got lucky ... Bottom line, Scott played the A4 hand REALLY REALLY bad and anyone who argues differently needs to get the brown substance off the inside of their lips and nose ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

P5'er Scott Montgomery Definitely a poorly played hand by both players ... but there can be NO DOUBT that Scott played the hand like a complete idiot and got ridiculously lucky ... I mean Scott even ASKS how much Snead has left and he STILL shoves even though he KNOWS Snead is getting 5:1 on his money and only has like 1.5ish behind ... "how's he call me with 2 sixes" Are 95% of you people retarded' How is squinster the only one who hit the nail on the head' If you go back and watch the video again you'll CLEARLY see that he's saying it in a polite way -- like "wow, you put your entire tournament life with 66 on an 8 high flop" ... he obviously celebrates but even gives Bishop props for calling him in that spot ... And obviously Chino is going to get his money in bad after playing for 7 days -- I mean the QQ vs KK was a cooler (not to mention it was against the SAME guy who kept battling with Chino) ... elky Wins Festa Al Lago!!!! Action folds around to Joe Ebanks on the button who raises to 26,000. Both Oddie Dardon and Bertrand "Elky" Grospellier call from the blinds. The flop comes J75 and the blinds check it over to Ebanks who bets 44,000. Dardon get s out of the way and Elky calls. The turn brings the Q and again Elky checks. Ebanks places a 90,000 bet in front of him. Elky thinks for a while and stages his chips before putting out a check raise to 255,000. Ebanks calls.
