Serious tipping thread.
As someone who runs a restaurant, I tip soley based on how the service is...even if the food isnt up to par....nothing tilts the hell out of me more than poor service. Chain Restaurants seem to be the worst. If the menu is closed, Im ready to order dont wander around lost for 10 minutes. Also after Im finished I do not want to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for my damn bill...seems like this happens constantly in these places. Even in the biggest restaurants its not that difficult to check on you customers or see if/when they are ready to order/ cashout. Great service i will tip 25% + Poor ...

Golf swing help please
Everyone always busts on me about how short my backswing is and asks why I dont try to make it longer. I answer because i hit it down the middle everytime and i really dont need to hit the ball any further than I already do, and im not willing to risk losing the consistant ball down the middle to gain 10 or 15 yards. I had alot of trouble about 2 years ago took a lesson and my desired shot is a small draw so thats what he worked with me on. First was to close the stance just a little bit. Official 2012 OT Workout Crew Thread
Been pushing myself pretty damn hard with my 2nd circuit of insanity. Hardest part is eating healthy all the time, and cutting out booze 100%. I'm 5'6 170lbs, I have only dropped 5 lbs total, but i think im putting on muscle. I also feel like I may fall into the "not taking in enough calories/screwing up my metabolism" catagory but i just cant seem to eat extra. Any tips on this' Once I hit the month 2 work outs again I should start to see more drastic changes. If not I guess im going to start back with the gym and weight training, but i think most of mine is not taking in enough calories.

Official 2012 OT Workout Crew Thread
Just got the INSANITY dvds last week, from what i hear they are incredibly tough but the results are amazing if you can stick with it. Mostly Cardio which is what im looking for at 5'7 174 goal is a slimmed down/ get rid of the fat 155-160lb. Its a 60 day workout so i think it is do able as long as i stick with it

may be a stupid question but do some cigars need to sit in the Humidor to make them better...i just bought some on cigarbid (not knowing much about cigars) and the reviews said that it got better as it aged. I guess as being a cigar noob it really wont matter very much

your making it sound like hes the only person to ever blow a lead in a tournament or a major.....if he blows this one then there is definately issues, but at 22 years old and all the media and pressure he is one of the most humble/likeable guys on tour....(better than routing for that douchebag bubba watson)....i guess we will find out after 18 holes 2morrow...but after watching Yang hit the ball in the fairway all day and miss a ton of greens and pull shots out of his ass all day im damn sure most people are going to take a guy that has picked apart a very tough golf course 2 days in a row
