Insta shove. A. It's three handed B. He was on the button C. You were in the SB D. He knows how to play If you said he's aggressive he could also have AJs, AJ, AT, TT, 99, 88, KQ, KJs. IF he wasn't aggressive and he didn't recently win a big tournament and the money actually mattered a little more to him then I would fold BUT I sure as hell wouldn't flat call OOP. Even if he happens to have QQ or KK you're still not a huge underdog and your shove might actually make him fold hands you're behind.

SNG's are a lot harder now. I don't think it would be possible to get close to a 25% ROI consistently. I would suggest playing at least 5000 sngs just to get an idea of where you stand. You can play 9 tables easily at the lower limits where the decisions are pretty easy. You'll have a lower ROI and your variance will be higher with the turbos but they are faster and much easier to multitable cause most of the decisions will be push/fold. PXF still has the best sng and tournament vids.

HUH'! We are talking about the turbo's right' It's basically pushbot after 15 minutes so I don't understand why you would need to avoid a player. By the time these things get to the final table it's a crap shoot. The main source of profit is from the 8-12 clowns that bust out in the first 20 hands.
