Re:**WARNING** -A Must Read Before Using FTP Wire Transfer- WIRE TRANSFER, not echeck. $250-5K I used it cuz paper checks were bouncing, and cuz my echeck 2 months ago took a month to receive. And this thread is titled WARNING for a reason. Im not bitchin as much as trying to give a warning to anybody that doesnt know about these additional fees as I did not and would have chosen another method if i had. So no other P5er needs to post "dude this is standard", if u already know then its not for you, keep it movin. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:**WARNING** -A Must Read Before Using FTP Wire Transfer- Standard or not. I've never done a bank wire to know if it's standard. So all I have to go off is the pop-up warning that FTP displays that thoroughly informs me of MY bank charging fees but NOTHING of some random unknown bank charging even more. Had I known that I woulda just ordered a check. I pay enough rake as it is. Im not in the business of passing out pieces of my hard earned money all over the place. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

**WARNING** -A Must Read Before Using FTP Wire Transfer- Long story short I made a withdrawal via Premium Wire Transfer. It hit my BoA account $25 less than I requested. I assumed BoA charged me $25 for the transfer fee. I look today and see a $12 debit titled "Wire Transfer Fee." I contact the bank and they say the $12 is all they charged. So I contact FTP asking why my transfer was $25 short. This is the response I received: Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support. When you request a Premium Bank Wire withdrawal through the "Cashier" window, a message advises you that your bank may charge a fee for receiving the ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:The Bodog Aftermath (yes another Bodog thread) Wow that's pretty pitiful. I was wondering how their turnouts and prizepools would be affected by this. Was gonna check results at the end of the day to see if it's worth continuing on there. OBV NOT! lol.. Thanx 4 posting this.. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:GG bodog (for me) I was gonna start this same thread when i realized today was the last day before the massive guarantee drops. I pulled ALL my $ off Bodog today down to the very cent. Pretty sure I won't be back for a long time. The value is gone, software still sux, can't review hand histories, and now the majority of their tournaments aren't even worth the effort. Especially knowing what you USED to get for the SAME investment. I just can't do it. GG Bodog IMO they shoulda tried implementing Late registration first before they went the guarantee dropping route. That woulda def helped their ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:bodog tourneys I was just about to comeback to Bodog and start playing the full schedule again but now I dunno. This is pretty bad. There's multiple tournaments that didn't just have their guarantees lowered but instead removed the guarantee completely! Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Props to Sowers I actually agreed w/ Sexton (on the 55 hand). With Sowers' ability, the chip lead, and fairly weak opponents, he def coulda found better spots to outplay and eliminate his competition. IMO. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Online Player Rankings I like the method some of the poker sites use for their leaderboards where its: # of players, finish rank, buy in, etc = X amount of points and they only count your top XX results. That way it's based more on consistent good results in quality tournaments and volume doesn't matter AS MUCH, Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Online Player Rankings I was curious to know what the differences are between the P5's poker ranking system and those of Bluff and Cardplayer. Their calculations seem to vary for the most part. And also which one does the online poker community feel holds the most weight' Thanks Posted in: Poker Discussion |
