Illegal immigrants stealing $4.2 Billion per year from gov't... There is no way to have actual numbers, everything is an estimate. It is factual that every illegal working at jack in the box is paying payroll taxes for things they will never be able to collect on (ss, medicare, etc). Last estimated at 13.8 billion dollars for 2009. If you dont think having cheap labor pool is a positive for the economy then there is no way I can argue with you. I believe we should be just as hard on lazy americans that scam the system just because they hit the birth location lottery. They should not be eligible for tax returns, would be part of the deal to work here. We need cheap hard working labor and the current system encourages them to scam or have kids here so they can become legal. On another note, what happens to all the money the illegal immigrants pay into the Social Security fund' It is estimated that like 13.8 billion dollars from illegals went into SS and medicare funds in 2009 alone, money they can never claim.
