Re(3): women not allowed in Washington
The endless bitching that some women are capable of, as evidenced by this thread, is perhaps a major reason for this rule. Maybe some of you should use your apparently endless talent for complaining and apply it to an issue that ACUTALLY MATTERS to women!! Too stupid or jaded to see any'' Try the glass ceiling in corporate America, women's rights in the Middle East, or the international sex trade for starters.

I believe a better way to handle this nonsense is for the p5's staff to move all gbmantis posts, and/or related topics, comments, etcetera to a new section exclusively for LOSERS!

I took your advice Adam and signed up and they gave me a free $10 deposit. I thought it was a scam at first, but I went and played and am up to almost $50 on free money...can't beat that.

What happen to the "NEW"
Just a little house keeping...what happen to the little "new" graphic that appeared by the posts that had been updated since the last time I read. It was a handy feature that isn't showing up now. Love the site by the way, Adam and Cal keep up the good work.

Re(1): New Poker Rooms in Oklahoma!
I played 2 weekends ago over in West Siloam and made almost $400 at the 2-4 tables in a little over 2 hours. Not much to most people but for me it made my night. Then I entered a $40 tournament and got sucked out a couple of posistions away from the money, but still the poker there was pretty bad and I was happy with my play. It's nice now to have live poker so close for those of us in Western Arkansas.

Re(1): Sam Grizzle
It seems like I remember from watching the 2003 WSOP a tourney where Phil Hellmuth and Grizzle were at a table together and they were talking crap back and forth to each other and the ESPN host alluding to Hellmuth and Grizzle previously getting into a fist fight with one another. I also remember thinking that the last name of Grizzle fit him well.

Re(1): What I Really Think of NSXT2 and 'Ghosting'
I find it incredibly suspicious and/or ignorant for many to write into this subject thread merely to say that this discussion shouldn’t be taking place. I have never known any issue of concern to benefit from silence. Serious and real questions have been raised in a respectably manner and deserve serious and honest responses. Those who don’t want this discussion to take place should simply ignore this thread. I also don’t think NSXT hates this thread as much as he implies. If everything he does is on the up and up, he has nothing to fear from this discussion, and in fact, this can only serve ...

Re(4): The next crisis of online poker
For me, playing online means that I understand the possibility of not knowing who I am playing against. As for NSXT, I must take him at his word that he doesn't help players on a hand by hand basis, but rather in retrospect. It would seem to me that this is all any of us can do until evidence to the contrary. I understand those who want to frame this debate into a question surrounding the practice of "ghosting" and its potential for good and/or harm to poker, but I see in this thread too many people hell bent on attacking NSXT for whatever reasons they may have. Personally, I would love it if ...

Re(10): PocketFives.com Open Field
It would seem to me that if a player of NSXT2's caliber did have the ego that many attempt to place on him, that he wouldn't bother with engaging comments made on this or other forums of this nature. Instead from my reading of Todd’s post, I think is revealed a player and teacher of poker who genuinely cares for the game. It is worth noting that any reading of these forums reveals multiple instances of individuals getting worked up over comments made simply because they misunderstood the way in which those comments were made and meant to be taken. This is a forum about poker, one where ideas ...

Re(1): UB's new SNG structure
I've been playing SNG's today on UB and so far I can say that the games are lasting alot longer. It just took me 213 hands to win one SNG. And of course just as I say that my pocket AA goes down to pocket KK with a K on the river...that one only took 14 hands. So whatever.
