Mikey, I am also Bipolar and am supposed to take Epilum a mood stabaliser. For a natural way to control depression google Jon Kabat-Zin on you tube and do some awareness meditation it works exceptionally well. Good pot taken with a very small cone each morning is also a good mood enhancer for the day ahead.

BJYBJY your calculation is wayyy wrong because in a normal sng you have to rebuy every time you come 4th so you would be spending $30 if you were not getting the free re entries on 9 free re entires if you came 4th 9 times sounds like +ve ev to me BTW I have only been playing steps sng's for a short time and it has cost me $90 to get a $500 step 6 entry ie 30 step 1 entries Do you think I'm worried about rake if I get 5th ($500) for a $90 entry cost remembering that a 10 seat $90 sng would only pay 3 spots and $450 1st; $270 2nd and $180 3rd I doubt I'd be good enough for 3rd in a $90 ...

That's total bs , I have been playing Party steps for a while now Waiting times in my experience Step 1 ; up to 1 minute Step 2 ; up to 3 minutes Step 3 ; up to 10 minutes Step 4 and 5 and 6 ; could take a while or not start

Graps GET BACK TO PLAYING OMAHA 8B its what I suspect you are best suited to I've stuck with it from when you used to play the 720pm at UB and I am still getting better at it. for reference db Skoky at UB 28% ITM and Skokky at Stars F Stars Your article reminded me of my omaha 8b mtt mantra PATIENCE and FKN Fold when I miss the flop and some nasty bets

This guy is 100% correct in 3 areas 1) If the field is small ie <200 and you have a reasonable skill level you will usually finish in the money. (( I am proof of this db "skoky" at UB 28% ITM all becuase I specialise in small fields and omaha because it is an " ABC" game )) 2) As regards the 100 R versus 3 R I agree because the field is smaller (AND !!!!) good players are more predictable than donks 3) I have seen this guy play at UB scarrrrrrry

Stars has had the losers seat reseverved for me for the last 7 months FT ratio at UB 24 % At JJJJokerstars less than 3 % How much do I need to deposit at stars to get a lucky seat At UB you can expext to get a lucky seat at least one in ten whioch is logical for a ten seat table At Stars I get the lucky seat one in 18 at best \

Lucky Seat at Stars....... How often do you get it
My final table ratio at UB is about 24% ( Skoky ) My final table ratio at Stars is about 2% ( Skokky ) It seems That JJJJokerstars has permanently reserved the losers seat for me after 7 months of continuous bad luck at stars Anyone else have similar experiences with different sites
