Worst run bad ever..not a bad beat story
I didn't wanna bore with details, but it is definitely abnormally bad..I was going to play through it, and I did for a few days..with no change..So I decided it was a good idea to take a week or so off from playing..I'm brushing up on my reading..and watching some coaching vids..as I'm self taught, aside from some to see the thought process of very good players

Mass Merge Shutdown? (again?)
The Lock rep posts in 2+2 but apparently they shut them selves down dues to a hacker..maybe the merge shutdown is due to the same

Yea, my overall is 13% with about 60 freerolls from when I first started on merge with only a couple of "cashes"..without those I'm about 16% itm..3-5 was just within the past 2 or 3 months..overall it's more like every 5 or 6..I had almost given up guys..I've been playing seriously for a few years but it's recently become my primary income..thanks for the positive words..gonna pull up my big boy undies and brace for an epic downswing..and an epic upswing ;)

I've been on downswings before..but never enough that I had to consider changing my game selection or adjust my style..what if any adjustments would you suggest'

How does a person go from being ITM every 3-5 tourns drop 25-30 tourns without a cash'..is that "normal variance"..I don't think I'm playing bad..got 2nd in a smaller live tourn during this time..and I feel I'm balancing my personal life and poker well..playing golf and going out to lunch before I start a session..I just feel very unlucky right now..I've heard different advice..play the same..just less volume..play a lower variance style(avoid flips and races)..or take a break altogether..really don't wanna take a break..and can't afford to..any advice'

I tried to get backed on Lock before I had a BR and didn't have any takers..I have had decent success since then and have been playing on my own..The reason I say I'm "considering" it is that I am doing ok on my own..I have had 1 other staking experience..it was frustrating to me, being required to play only a very limited selection of tourns(dazzlers and turbo sngs)..and keeping logs of every single tourn played..I would just prefer to pull my cash off as I could really use it in my personal life right now.. And I think I make better "crucial decisions" while being staked..so if I were to be ...

I'm going through the same thing..the transfer happened around the same time..(3 wks ago) I think this is just a bank transfer issue..I've had a number of successful/on time payouts..and ya'll need to get off his sack..when your funds disappear from your cashier and it's reading "processed" status..you're unable to montor your money for a month after being quoted a 48 hr turnaround..and they ignore your emails..you're gonna worry, and if you don't you don't care enough about your money..yea, sure, the money will eventually get here..but I got bills to pay and groceries to buy.. bad business ...

Chill..it just shows up..from experience the ETA quoted is pretty accurate for check by courrier..they won't provide a tracking number so don't waste your time trying to get one

IDK about sharkscope, but if you look at all of his tournaments on opr he is running like god..I know it's only 13k, but it's been a week, and with a couple of exceptions(wins btw, which is strange)..he's playing mid stakes mtts..and crushing..like a bawwwws considering the size of the fields/pps in the mtts on merge..sounds like he has some great software

It sounds like a little more than rumors and accusations to me..he's basically saying the reason everyone has been quite is because no one wants to be blamed for the deal not going through..but at this point they've given up on the deal, but noone else personally wants the blame for GBT not being interested..they've been keeping private because of the buyer..now there's no buyer, so no reason to be quite..Glantz is on the inside, and with Daniel's blog's and Doyle's blog last week. It prompted them to let this out ..they have obv unoficially allowed glantz to post this..sounds like he sat in ...

yea, he shipped his first one he playedfor over 1K, one for 12k and a few FTS in the 200-$500 range..he's running white hot...or something..this seems to happen alot on merge..new accounts killing it, but this is to the extreme

When I opened my opr this guy's stats were up..another example of a new merge player straight killin it..he shipped his first tourney..he's been playing for 10 days..his itm is 30%..he's won 4 tourns and made top 3or4 numerous times..his stats are so sick..he's up 15k in a little over a week playing mid stakes mtts..I'm not hatin'..I'm not sure what to think..doesn't look like a standard run good
