Pokerstars Costumer Service and P5 Rule I posted here last weekend about my wife's wallet getting stolen. It contained a check I endorsed from pokerstars. The douchebag that stole the wallet was racking up money on our credit cards so I knew he/she/them would try and cash that check. Pokestar's payment dept is closed on Sundays and they still got back to me on Sunday and cancelled the check for me. I am thinking one of them saw my post on here and took care of it. Thank you pokerstars support...and thank you Pocketfives! Posted in: Poker Discussion |

I wish stars would would tell us about changes in their prompts. Everytime you open up PokerStars it prompts you with daily announcements. They could let us know in these prompts what changes, if any, they have recently made. Also, after I download new software I always search around to see what is new. It would be nice if they could just tell us in their prompt. hey new Lee...how about it' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Tilt Management it is hard for me to explain the blue tilt level. i have never been there before. green is the lowest level of tilt i have ever achieved. blue is a level where you are not affected whatsoever by anything that happens at the pokertable. once i reach the blue tilt level i will let you know how it feels. are you at right now' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Tilt Management I don't care who you are, you will reach a point where you are at some level of tilt. There is just not being on tilt or not being on tilt. Some people just do a better job of not letting their level of tilt bother them. I previoulsy had a hard time doing this and I find evaluating my tilt level allows me to manage it better. I am currently at the green level. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Tilt Management I previoulsy replied to a post with my tilt managment style but thought it would be fun to start my own. As far as im concerned there are many levels of tilt and I have created a gauge for myself that has helped me manage it. The levels I created are blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and supermegaultra tilt. I constantly assess myself while I'm playing and follow rules for managing my tilt and my game. Blue = zero tilt, no steaming, not caring or thinking about any bad beats or suckouts =play as normal Green = no tilt, no steaming, knowing that bad beats and suckouts are part of game but do ... Re(1): I tilted again, how to minimize it being an expert at tilting i have come up with my own tilt gage. blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and supermegaultra. i know when i am at a certain level. when i keep replaying bad shit in my head it is not good. if i enter red stage i am quitting. if i am in orange zone, i am switching games and dropping $ levels significantly. if am in yellow zone i am dropping in money level for my next tourney. green level play as normal. blue level - i let you know when i get there. supermegaultra = hopefully never get there again. by following these rules i manage my tilt. hard to get above orange if i ... Re(1): Quit school for poker? Good or Bad idea what you want now might not be what you want in the future. wants change. you dont want to look back in the future and say i wish i would have gotten that degree. in the future you will not look back and say, i wish i would have dropped out. you might not see the college degree useful now, and even if you dont use it, you will never look back and say i wish i didnt do it. you might, and pry will however look back and say i wish i would have gotten it.
