Is there anyway I don't get stacked here????? I agree. There's really no way to get away from this hand based on his line. That limp from MP1 as the table chip leader really screams a suited ace or A10. Like tyson said, without a real solid read here its gonna be impossible to get away from it. especially with your stack size. whoops, check that. you are 100bb deep it appears. i guess your stack size would allow you to get away from it after all. i was thinking you were only 10bb deep. either way, im not good enough to fold here anyway. SNG High Bling Strategy (According to Moshman) Hey guys! So a couple weeks ago i posted on here asking for help or tips on improving my sng game. As per someones advice i picked up a copy of Collin Moshman's "Sit-n-Go Strategy." It's been a really good read so far but i have a question about a part of his high blind theory. In his chapter "Calling all-ins and profitable passive plays", he states, "If you are getting better than 2-to-1 on a pre-flop all-in call, and your call closes the action, calling is nearly always correct."He basically says that you need a reason NOT to call rather than a reaso TO call. FL holdem stratgey Hey guys ive been searching around the site looking for some good resources on limit holdem cash game strategy. anyone know of any good books, articles or threads on this subject' im kinda bored with NL and wanna try something new and from what i understand its a NL and FL are two very different games. Pstars WSOP Satty Question hey guys i was going crazy trying to find the answer on their website and couldnt do it so im sure someone here knows. I was just wondering what happens when you qualify for the Main Event through Poker Stars. Do they credit you account with the 12K or do they send 10K to the Rio for your buy in and then set up your hotel at the Palms' The reason i ask is because i wanna try to qualify but im not sure if ill actually be able to go. Hand Sample Sizes Just curious the number of hands i should play that would make a good and dependable sample size to be able to evaluate. Wanna start play $25NL but i want to make sure im going about it the right way. I dont wanna dump money into a game that i am a loser at. Im not a pro, just a purely recreational player and a pretty bad one at that. I guess im just coming from a perspective that understands how fragile our country is right now. Everyone is struggling to pay the bills and put food on the table. While i dont believe that online poker should be the #1 legislative priority of Congress i understand why online pros like you and jennifear feel it should.
