I guess i'm starting to show my age at 28...but when i was growing up...in a tough section of NJ none the less.....we just didn't pull guns. We fought....and there was a winner and a loser....the loser could either come back for more or let it go. not saying people didn't get shot, just not a common occurance. i think it actually shows weakness to pull a gun....all that says to me is your scared to fight and lookin for an easy scare tactic. It's just stupid to me to risk ur life in prison based on someone made you mad. Although i will say, if something were to happen to one ...

Well when i went outside i obv didn't think there was a danger to me at all. I thought it was kids bein stupid and considering i got 2 small kids freaked out in the house over it, i was pretty pissed. Does nobody know how to fight anymore' People risking their lives in prison over arguments that could easily be settled by a 2 piece combo.

Well it's late, and i'm kinda rattled awake, so i figured since i haven't posted here in a while i'd share my story. I'll start by saying i live in a quiet neighborhood. Relatively old, most of the homes were built in the 70s..basically not a young crowd with the exception of the few teenagers that live across the street. So i'm sitting in the living room watchin tv with the wife, when i hear gunshots go off what sounds like right outside my house. My wife goes...what's that sound' I say...THAT'S FUCKIN GUNSHOTS GET THE KIDS!! she goes running to the kids ...

madden 09 IQ
I just got it up to 740....i'm all madden in all areas except passing offense i'm almost rookie....anyone know how to boost this' I'm passing for 200+ yards a game and it won't go up. Not even sure if the IQ is even that good.

anyone know about termites?
I was taking my dogs out this morning, and a tree about 20 feet from the house is covered in termites (at least i think it's termites). They pretty much got the dead stump covered, and they flying up and everywhere.....just curious is anyone knows about them, or do i have to worry with all of em flying around that they're going to take to my house in anyway' Or just leave it alone and let them eat the tree and move on'

yea that gay dude or whatever that's completey full of shit imo. I used to do a lot of paranormal studying...and seen enough shit to freak me out for a lifetime. I try to ignore the memories as best i can, but for some reason i can't stop watching this stuff and just kinda makes me nervous cause i don't want that door to open back up for me if u get what i'm sayin.

So i'm at home watching a tv show called haunting....basically it's a show about haunted houses and families that deal with it or whatever. So instead of changing the channel and moving on, i'm an idiot and can't look away. So now i'm creeped out, and diverting my attention to OT. I'm such a baby!

help me with my cd/dvd burner
with audio cd's it'll write the entire cd and go through the process, but the cd will be blank with no actual audio on it. With dvd's i get an error message saying that it can't find the dvd or write errors. Anyone that's familiar with this and knows about it, would u mind helping me' Either respond in here or we can talk on aim or whatever.

i guess in thinking about it for quite some time....poker player's have a problem in general. It's just to what degree. I mean, just b/c ur winning doesn't mean it's not a problem of some sort. U just don't see people showing up at GA saying i won so much money last year but i need to stop i'm out of control.

unfortunately there will always be that wedge. Most people whether or not they admit on some level want to please their families and want them to be proud of them. I think subconsciously it will create unnecessary stress on the relationship. Is it doomed' Well, i guess it depends how close the person is with their family. I've seen kids not really give a fuck about their family since the teen years, so i would think no. Very close families, i would think yea. I think it really comes down to an individual basis and what type of person he or she is.

i don't think i'm a workaholic though is the thing...i mean...i play...when i'm done with my sessions...i take time to review hand histories, try and find leaks...try and make adjustments. I think that's more of my will to want to be good and to win, also, i enjoy my lifestyle. Like i said, we were speaking hypothetically. I'm by nature a competitive person. I always sayin i wanna quit when i have a bad night. But that's just the nature of the beast. I can't expect to win every single night that i play.

Okay, but if u have say 100k in ur acct and ur doing that. It's not a problem right' Even if it's ur entire bankroll. Stupid yes, a problem no I would think if u did it consistently and busted ur bankroll making the same stupid choices over and over again, that would be a problem.
