wedge is blackballed during summer days which means only bodysurfing. other than that it is mostly bodyboarders but there has been an increase is surfers there lately which i dont get cuz they look stupid and cant make half the drops/pits that bodyboards can make little clip of the swell:

i got a new cannondale caad 9 for about 900. add in all the accessories and it was $1200+ Good thing about buying new from a shop is you can always take it back and get free tune ups plus when you buy the bike they normally give you 15-20% off the accessories. My shop also gave me no tax if i paid in cash.

Strip Mall/Real Estate Question
Check your lease for some type of clause that allows you to negotiate your rent if they mall falls below a certain occupancy. I've heard of some retail centers having that.

Blackberry Bold 9700 - Any input on this phone or other Blackberrys?
I have the Blackberry Tour through Sprint which I think is the older model of the 9700...either way its very similar. I love the phone and have had no problems with it. I got it because I use email/messaging more than anything else. There are also plenty of apps if you want to use them. Id say if you use email/texting the most then get the blackberry, if not get Iphone or Droid.

Negotiating a price
It never ceases to amaze me how people are ok spending 30k on a car. Do you realize it is a car and does the same thing as a 10k car' Do you think other people really care about what kind of car you drive' I could understand how if your making 250k+ a year then 30k is nothing but then again if your making that much why would you be buying a used BMW anyways' I guess my bitterness comes from everybody in orange county driving their bmw's and mercedes but still living in little shitty apartments. 90% of those people are probably in so much debt they will live in an apartment the rest of their ...

I'm considering making the jump from property management (apartments) to getting my real estate license. Anyone here do this for a living' Do you love it/hate it' I've always thought it would be cool to tour lots of nice homes and eventually work my way up to multi-million dollar homes. I'm in SoCal where the average home in my area is 700k and up so commission splits seem relatively high. Thoughts'
