I am VERY NORMAL and YOU KNOW IT!! Just obsessed that's all. EVERYONE has SOMETHING they are obsessed with and you know what I am saying is the GOD'S TRUTH!! While I think rocket5 is morally wrong for ASKING for a tip, at least I can say he doesn't ***********STEAL************ which is SOOOOOO MUCH WORSE TO STEAL than to talk out a tip out of someone. Pennies don't have ANYTHING to do with shorting the customer by giving OVER the amount $18.76 giving $2 change from a $20 bill or giving the person $1.25(a dollar and a quarter). Then that's really rounding up the change. That's not how I took it anyway. But it's still UNFAIR. The server is giving a discount to cash payers and not to credit card payers. NOT FAIR, don't ya think' Also, some people get a bigger discount than others doing it that way, that's UNFAIR, SORRY, but it's NOT RIGHT. I don't think servers should round at all. The best way to do that is to ask "How would you like your change in 20's or 10's", because if you don't, then if the person does want a lower denomination like $10's, $5's to tip the server with, they may not have enough. That's why if they give all ones such as when I get change back that is $5 instead of a $5 bill it feels like they are fishing for a tip, but at the same time, they are giving you an opportunity if you don't have any other low bills on you that you have something to tip with at the same time. We are NOT CHEAP!! We tip 25%-30% and UP at times. It's on the ********PRINCIPLE********* THAT IT'S STEALING, TIPPING YOURSELF!!
