also if you pay canadian taxes you get to deduct those from US taxes (should cause you to pay 0 since canada has higher taxes, obv look into tax treaty laws), but im pretty sure if you file as a professional, you would still owe self employment tax in US no matter what, not positive on this, but it is what i heard.

How does everyone become Canadian so fast???

this, its pretty clear that the big stack gets a big advantage over the short stack, at least if there is a significant difference in sizes. doesnt mean that he didnt loose equity due to this as he likely did. also, fuck METs and this is def unacceptable.

ft dbl gtd week in like a week
certain things about them are awesome, but come on, how many METs will be won by a complete random amateur guy who just plays once ina while for fun' ppl like me just have to game select extra good, but in the end these will drain thebad players of their money super fast and they wont win for that "false sense of i can win poker tourneys" that causes them to blow lots more than they could b4. less bad players means less mediocre regs able to make money which means less profits for those on top as well. take the bad players out of the game, what will happen' just i cant see how these will ...

we really need to be allowed to take losses in general... all other ppl can, just not gamblers.. pretty fucked. this is more important to me this year than b4 because i lost a lot of money last year. even though i doubt it, def gonna make my acctnt look for any shady ways to file my losses for last year. fuck govt imo.

Harry Reid - friend of poker and enemy of working girls
his poker legislation was just throwing a bone to the ppa and harrahs for campaign contributions. pretty sure if he wanted to he could had did a lot more, the dude has power. reid is and always was a shitbag imo. he was speaking the the nevada legislature. was trying to say its bad for our economy, the rep gov seems to be on other side of the issue, and the legislature applauded to other things reid said but not to this, so pretty sure the local doesnt agree with him. but he should def do his job and get his ass to washington leave our local shit alone.

Little one on the way and a Full Time player.....Can it be done?
over here the mom and the daughter both understand i am not to be bothered while playing. though it does happen sometimes. she is 3 now, but def was still rough the 1st 6 mo -year. but kids are smart and they learn quick imo. since she was born i started taking 3 days off a week though.
