I'm debating whether to go to Tunica or Biloxi for fall break. I don't know what any of them have to offer. I'm looking to play some decent poker while I'm there. I usually play 1/2 and 2/4NL... Which place has the best games and where do I stay'''' Any input is greatly appreciated

Jumping thru hoops for Neteller...
So ive been trying to re-open my Neteller account that got closed because the couldnt verify my identity last year. I didnt even bother going thru the hassel the first time i tried to sign up because i just went to Firepay which was quick and easy. But now that Firepay has closed its doors ive had to switch back to Neteller. Well its been about 2.5 weeks and all ive done is jump through hoops for them after numerous emails and phone calls with support. in my opinion you are taking that out of context, what they are trying to say with that comment is that they are not waiting till the 270th day to look at the law. They will be monitoring it constantly, it doesnt say that they will make a decision before the 270 day period is over.

ive been working with Neteller for about 9 days now and its pretty frustrating. Having the same problem with them verifying my identity since i have no credit history. They requested my SS card and Drivers license so i did that. Then they said they needed another form of proof of my address. So i sent them a bank statement. Hopefully that is all they will need, i wish they had just told me all of that up front so i didnt have to wait 3-4 days everytime they told me i needed something new. Hopefully it will work out.

How does the bill change anything from Neteller's prospective' This wouldnt be a new issue because of the new law. The law doesnt make it illegal to send money to Neteller as far as i know. As far as what they will tell your bank, they will just say you owe us $2K. And they will sue you for the $2K that you owe them. It doesnt matter that once it got into Neteller that it was used for gambling, because you dont owe that money to the poker site, you owe it to Neteller. lol at being hard to clear at 1/2 NL with those rules. im assuming you mean you get "one point" for every hand your dealt in where the pot reaches $10. Thats like a preflop raise and a call at 1/2 NL so about 80% of your hands are getting you a point. 4 tabling shorthanded you get about 280 hands an hour. At 80% reaching $10 pots or more thats 225 points per hour. So your clearing $20 of your bonus an hour. On a $200 bonus it would take you under 9 hours of play to clear that bonus. Thats also assuming that 1 point is the max you can recieve from 1 hand. That is a relatively fast bonus to ...

college = best time ever get away from your computer and go get fucked up, stop missing out on the best time of your life by playing poker all night on the weekends im in college too and definately play my fair share of poker, play in the afternoon or evenings when there isnt much to do but dont waste a lot of your nights playing poker when you could go out and have a good time

Yes, actually i do think so. If the WTO was worried about people in Antigua losing their jobs because of the lack of business in online betting sites after this bill is passed, then i would assume that the WTO would also be interested in the effect that the new bill would have on european businesses such as Firepay and Neteller. The WTO is made up of a lot of other countries, not just the US, the WTO can make things happen i think.

Wont Britain have a fit if the US tries to ban its citizens from using Firepay and Neteller'' I mean both those companies are publicly traded companies in their stock markets correct' With all the other things you can use Neteller and Firepay for its seems ridiculous that the US would ban its citizens from using the 2 companies just because it is possible that they are being used for online gambling.

No way they can ban Firepay and Neteller seeing as they are both companies based in London, and that those two companies dont exclusively deal with gambling sites. If the US tried to ban firepay and neteller, wouldnt Britain have something to say about that' Not to mention the WTO.
