Re:Turbo SNG Strategy
1) it really depends on how many plays are left, and average stack size. But normally with less then 10bb, and this is almost 100% with me, I shove A7+, KQ, 55+ and in late position the range even widens. 2) You shouldn't get involved unless you have AK, QQ,KK,AA,JJ. A shove with his stack pf is probably a mid pp or AK. So you have to figure out your range, are you racing or dominating' It is player dependant. But remember, the UTG is forced to shove with a very wide range very soon (within 5 hands), so you should wait unless you have premiums.

moving up in cash games
I am a MTT or SNG player, but now I am getting serious into cash games only. I multitable, but never put more then 5% of my bankroll at a table. This might be considered playing outside of your roll by some, but I haven't gone broke yet. How many hand do you think it would take on average to move up in stakes' I am now at 5k hands, and I am profiting, but much slower then I anticipated, how many hands have you doubled your bankroll, playing within your limits' No brag posts, IDK if you make 5k playing horrible BR managment, Im trying to do it right, but I feel my progess is slower then ...

Re:Is this an easy fold on the turn? I feel so beat here....
how could you feel beat on the turn' The turn was a blank. Im going broke here, thats why we play with a lot of buyins. If your beat, buy back and you will make it up a few hands later, but I would never fold. The only range you could put him on is AA, TT or QQ, if either then GG. Buy back

Re:AQ in EP; early stages of a donkament
I see this play all the time, it seems to be AK 95% of the time. Horrible plays, all you can do is fold here.

Re:Coping with a downswing
I just went through a bad downswing, but came back out of it better then before. I quit playing for 3-4 days and drank off the memories. So take a break. You keep playing turbos, you might want to try some non-turbos and see if that makes a difference. Also, Berry Greenstein said to move down in buy-ins if you are in a downswing. It can rebuild confidence and you will not lose as much money if you are still running bad. Good Luck, if you're a winning player you will come of it.

Because a donkey is also known as a jackass. Donkey = Jackass.... Nit = Nitpickey - finicky; overly critical; concerned with insignificant details

Re:What I got out of the Daniel Negranu Power Poker book
Postflop play is key, you should be able to put your opponent on a range by the turn. I perfer to take hands post flop. Players that shove AI pf all the time, have a lot to learn about the game. Its only good in certain situations. I laugh my ass off early in tournaments when blinds are 15/30 and there is 120 in the pot, and people are shoving AK. No fold equity there, its pitiful. However the situation changes when its for example 500/1k, or you are 10bb stacked....

Re:post flop play when smaller pair and flush draw flops
You may have the best hand right here. I think its safest to lead out with 500 or just check that, and if a player in position bets, call and keep the pot small. I think that is a board you shouldn't continuation bet with.
