Re:Coffee drinkers How much do u drink a day I have a serious caffine around 20-25 cups a day. I constantly have a coffee in my hand at work........Usually start the day off at the house with 1 to 2 cups....I get into the office and i drink 2 large cups of starbucks from the cafe here......We have Flavia machines in the office and I am constantly making cups.....My wife actually bought me a flavia machine for X-mas. After my last order of coffee I decided to stop it was too easy to make a cup....on the weekends I go through 2 pots in the AM......(family does drink some). Discussing what you folded while play is still ongoing............. So my buddy is playing in a $100 Tourney on Stars and the following situation comes up. (sorry dont have the hand history) My buddy and another player go to the flop and it come J 8 8 My buddy checks and other player bets....my buddy check raises after the check raise a player at the table not involved in the hand says "damn I folded an 8). Other player proceeds to call and it then gets checked down to the river. My buddy was obviously representing an 8 which he did not have and the other player called and won the pot with two pair Jacks and 8's. My friend calls a mod and demands ... Re:tom dwan poker hall of fame? I do respect Durrr's game alot and I do not think anyone is arguing the success he has had. But Hall of Fame means you are the best in your given field over a timeframe. Take a look at the past few Rookie of the Years in Baseball: 2004: Jason Bay, Bobby Crosby 2005: Ryan Howard, Huston Street 2006: Hanley Ramirez, justin Verlander 2007: Ryan Braun, Dustin Pedroia 2008: Geovany Soto; Evan Longoria Each one of these players were the best newcomer in baseball for their given year (not saying Durr is a newcomer at all). Petition to Stars more 6-max MTTs............. I love playing 6-max tourneys and Sit n Go's but there is a lack of Variety when it comes to MTT's.There is a $2.20 and a $55 6-max. Why not add some in between those. I'd like to see a $10+1 and a $20+2 6-max MTT maybe throw a guarantee on these' Would just like to see a little more variety on these. Maybe they can also add a weekly $100+9' The $2 six max gets alot of players and the $55's seem to get a decent size I think a 10 and 20 would get a nice field as well. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
