Pros and Cons of the remaining U.S. Sites
I'd be leary of putting too much (if any) money on any of the sites that still take US players. It's only a matter of time before the government goes after them as well.

Vegas Deepstack tourneys

Home Cash Game Poker Etiquette question
$1/2 NL cash home game Here's the situation. After the flop is dealt and all betting is done on the flop there's about $100 in the pot with three players Turn gets dealt Player A checks Player B (me) checks Player C bets $34 Player A folds After player A has folded, I suggest to Player C that we chop either by him pulling back his bet and splitting the pot or me calling and then chopping. Either way it's a chop. Player C agrees, we chop. Player A gets pissed and says this isn't allowed. He says you can only discuss a chop on a street before anybody bets anything. He says no matter ...

Steel wheel video?
Quite a while back someone posted a link to a video about a guy who was dying and told a story about how he got a steel wheel playing 7 stud hi/lo in a casino and the dealer screwed up on the last card, his hand was ruled dead and he flipped out. I wanted to show that video to some friends but can't find it for the life of me (google'd it, youtube'd it, etc.). Anyone know the video I'm talking about and where to find it' Thanks.

Money Transfer Question
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but here it is. Is there an electronic intermediate site where you can store poker funds that doesn't charge to transfer in our out of' Here's what I mean....way back when I used Neteller in this fasion, I'd transfer money in and out of various poker sites and leave the balance in Neteller. The only money that actually ever went to/from my bank account was the initial money I deposited and then withdrew once I had a reasonable amount of profit in the Neteller account. In addition - is it correct that you're 27 and that the amount of the "mega-debt" is $7,000' If so, you've been out of high school for 9 years and haven't been able to earn enough money to pay off $7,000 and get on with your life' Give me a break. You could have been working for minimum wage and easily paid this off. I'm sure bazilly is right that your parent's side of the story would be vastly different. They might not dispute the $7k they shafted you on, but I bet there's a whole lot of other relevant information ...
