Isn't a Promotion supposed to benefit everyone ?? I am referring to Full Tilt's Sit-N-Go Madness. I'm sorry if this offends anyone but this is one of the worst promotions they have. (and for the record I am a huge FT fan and 98% of the time it's where I play) There is no possible way the average SNG player can benefit from this other than winning a few and getting into the raffle. There are SNG maniacs out there that are 10-12 tabling on a daily basis. How can you compete with that'' The average player can't. With the way this promo is structured, all it does is feed the fish to the sharks. I know the SNG specialists are ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Consistency - How ??? When I first started playing online, because of the hours I worked, the amount of time I could play was limited. I basically would play in 1 MTT a night, with the occasional SNG here and there. I am now in the position of being able to play whenever and however long I'd like. Since I have all this time now I find myself playing MTT's, SNG's and cash games, sometimes all at once. Usually I play a few hours in the morning, than I do whatever I need to do in the afternoon and back to playing to rest of the night. The problem I seem to have now is consistency. I feel like I'm in ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

This is THE most classless act I have ever seen. As far as I'm concerned this is the absolute worst thing anyone can do in a poker game. Seat 1: Stockwatch (645) Seat 2: nearhit (2,355) nearhit posts the small blind of 15 Stockwatch posts the big blind of 30 *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to Stockwatch [Ks Qs] nearhit raises to 90 Stockwatch raises to 645, and is all in nearhit has 15 seconds left to act nearhit has requested TIME nearhit calls 555 Stockwatch shows [Ks Qs] nearhit shows [Ah Ad] Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): full tilt's IRON man... is this worth it? I agree with jhill - the freerolls are pretty easy cash. Personally I alternate between the freerolls and medals for points. But I don't think it's worth playing when you really don't want to, just to get points.IMO Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Hypothetical situation, how do you play this?? Top 2 advance, 3rd gets nothing. Player #1 is raising and pushing all-in every hand. Approx. Chip count Player 1 = 11,000 Player 2 = 1000 Player 3 = 1500 Why risk your chips if there is no possible way to lose'' You can fold every hand and still advance. Would you play it this way'' **Personally I think it is fair to let the 2 low guys fight it out for the last spot. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

David is smart and mature for his age, he has needed to be as he grew up in a single parent household, so he has always felt the need to be responsible. David is competitive- he wants to win - period. Second place is nice but it is not first to him who is always striving to be the best in all he does. He is wicked smart with an SAT score of 1550 ... Re(1): FTP Points Full Tilt Poker offers the best points reward system in the industry. We offer you one point for every dollar in rake that is dropped, including fractional points. Most sites limit you to a maximum of one point for every hand; we let you earn up to 3 points per hand. You can also earn points playing in tournaments and Sit & Go's. Earn 7 points for every $1 in entry fees, with no limit to the number of points you can earn per tournament. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
