great response a person's personal life should definitely have weight in making a decision with as much money like this and luke probably had good reasons for making the deal that he made. with 20 bbs you can easily lose QQ to AA or flush to flush or something and bust out in 9th for 40k. poker players have the worst ever blurred line between the correct life decisions and the correct poker decisions. that is why so many of them are unhappy out of shape pot heads who never get laid and are the nut low socially. whatever that is a totally different rant entirely. nice job luke. ...

you're fucking retarded. the guy has been grinding for 5 years doesn't enjoy poker that much and is in makeup. can you imagine getting 9th or 8th in this and staying in makeup when you could get 670k and still have a shot at a lambo' i swear poker players have the worst fucking blurred line between the right life decisions and the right poker decisions. it was a 30bb crap shoot he has a legit shot of running QQ into AA or AK into AA or getting flush to flush or something post flop vs someone with more chips, busting in 9th, getting no actual $, and continuing the viscous cycle of playing ...

Three bet with 5 6 sooooted and flop flush draw on scary board... how to proceed?
solid stack sizes and position for the 3bet pre. easy check back on this board. you can still represent all sorts of things like AQ AJ AA KQ that would possibly check the flop. delayed cbet if checked again on turn then evaluate river. bet fold is pretty bad on this board.

ill try to respond despite being suicidal atm. the 8Ts shove is clearly bad and even worse after learning more about pureprofit. in this spot i thought his 3b range to be literally atc though and he would flat tons of hands that beat me (Ax, broadway) and i thought with how short my stack was that i would look even stronger and he wouldn't want to get exposed 3betting J4o or w/e. my hand actually matters a lot this is probably the best nonvlaue hand in the deck to do it with really. upon further examination of pureprofit's game im not sure hes folding a single hand with that price so ...

waiting.... =/. well actually i won QQ to AA/99 to fergwrx 9 handed at the sunday 500 ft for all the chips. i then proceded to lose the next 4 or 5 showdowns and then AQ to AT to ferg who had doubled up like 5x since to bust 7th. ya i suck.

and fwiw id prob flat an extremely wide range vs any small raise from sb vs a reg in this spot. a 21k raise does not look strong from a reg in the sb with this stack size. am i rly going to believe that he has AA/is wiilling to sacrifice his value with it vs a hand like K8s that id just call/fold with and not rejam when i would call a jam in the first place' on top of that im getting a good price and AA is like hard to get.... i dont trust that people get it 1ce per orbit...

because if you raise/fold K6 where does it stop' where are you drawing the line'' are you r/f every single shitty hand from the sb with 15bbs'' GL with that plan yes r/f might work well for like 1 hand but if you do it too much it will become an extremely unprofitable play because ppl will catch on and exploit it. therefore either shove or limp if you chose to r/f do it with like 27o and make sure not to do it very frequently. i know its cool to level ppl and to think on a high level but sometimes you just gotta let your hand play themselves out....
