I disagree with you to the extent that 1 Rai$e point = 1 old UltimatePoint Every game is different, but I play .50/1 nl head up where you get 1 Rai$e point for every 2 raked hands, and I have never gotten anywhere near to 1 old UltimatePoint for every 2 raked hands. I had a little trouble finding the old points structure, but here is one I found and I feel it is accurate: RakeUltimatePoints™$0.50 - $3.000.50$0.25 - $0.450.25$0.05 - $0.200.10 I have a hard time believing you are averaging 1 UltimatePoint for every 2 hands under the old system. I think it would be more like .40 old ...

It is clear that there are some pros and cons of this new program, but as far as I can tell it will do a lot to reward cash game players for their rake contributions (which is much more than a MTT player contributes). 1. The VIP phone number and email are a great idea. My roommate emailed a question yesterday and got a personalized response in a few hours. We all know UB's customer service blows, but at least they are trying to take care of their loyal players. (Side note: even though UB's customer service blows, in 6 years on the site I have not once gotten screwed by them. Though sometimes ...
