The Walking Dead Season 2 Discussion
This show needs to be about the characters, like it is, but the writing needs to get better. I think Kirkman and Darabont are actually hurting this show (it's good that Darabont is gone, which is odd). Bring in some new writers. I wonder if Otis comes back as a zombie, and the family puts things together.

It's because Hollywood went through a realism phase brought on by bitchy elitists. Luckily this moves in cycles and the videogame generation is going to movies and their $$$ are now speaking louder.

Retail Guys ~ Would You Lose A Long-Time Customer over $8 On A $20 Purchase?
Corporate would never fight you over that $ amount, but I know a lot of franchisees that have lost customers over much less. Some people just suck. EDIT: Calling him an ass clown is pretty silly tho.

Kinect..changing video games forever?
You guys do realize that was just a tech demo right' The guy wasn't doing anything other than acting, henceforth the delay. (At least I'm 98% sure.) People who think Microsoft is going to revolutionize video-gaming with Kinect are clowns. Cloud computing is what's going to revolutionize video-gaming and MS is in a much better position to do this then Nintendo and Sony. The real goal of Kinect, IMO, is to remove the remote control from the living room. Gamers are just the guinea pig, lol.

Screenplay Help
I'm still a screenwriting noob, but my advice would be to write two more screenplays that you think are really good, and then hit the market. If somebody likes your screenplay, the first thing they're probably going to say is, "What else have you written'" or "I'm not really looking for this genre, but have you written xxxxx'" Having a yes answer to those questions can be the difference between making it and never selling anything. How long is your screenplay'

I'm not a lawyer, but in this case, if you're employer would refuse to match, I'd highly doubt that you would lose any case... if there is one. I don't see why it'd even be worth fighting if you're the employer, unless it's millions and millions in IP.
