HBO Documentary Series: The Weight of the Nation
I don't think they necessarily build on each other (haven't seen parts 3 or 4 yet), but def make sure to watch part 1 first. That episode really sets everything regarding the state of obesity in the U.S. And like Mangos notes, the first 30 or so minutes of part 1 shows a really interesting study conducted in a small town in Louisiana beginning in the early 1970s.

HBO Documentary Series: The Weight of the Nation
I watched parts 1 and 2 of the series last night, and I was blown away by some of the facts presented in the documentary. I've always known the U.S. has an epidemic in terms of the obesity rate of its population, and this documentary does a really good job of showing the physical as well as psychological effects of being overweight. Needless to say, HBO documentaries are often really well-made, and this one is no exception. Here's the trailer for the series, and for those who don't have HBO, the first four 1+ hour episodes are all on youtube.

2nd volume of ESPN's 30 for 30
The Two Escobars, Once Brothers (Divac and Petrovic), and Unguarded (Chris Herren's story) are easily my favorites. ESPN 30 for 30 has been a huge success imo, and I can't wait for these new episodes.

Wow. What a game. One of the weirdest endings to a game I've seen. I was pacing around the entire 4th quarter. I know as a Grizz fan I thought it was over when the Clips went up 8 w/ 7 or so minutes left. Anyone else think that' Anyways, I'll be up early tomorrow to buy my tix for Sunday. Can't fucking wait!!!

Nice self-quote with two very close series still going on. I would've at least waited to see if Clips won tonight. I'll be really disappointed if the Grizzlies end up not winning a road game in the playoffs. They really wouldn't deserve to win the series if that ends up happening.

Fuck, I'm too depressed to even get drunk now. I'll give respect to Paul as a clutch player, but he, Griffin and most of the Clippers are an absolute embarrassment to real NBA fans. The fucking exaggeration by the Clippers after every contact play is just beyond annoying. Fuck that team. It burns me even more that my favorite team is losing to those bitches. /rant

Sorry to get off subject, but I need OT to come through for me in a big way. I'm in Alabama for my cousin's graduation and will be driving back home tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, it'll be right when the Grizzlies-Clippers game is going on, and I need a way to listen to the game while I'm driving. Is there an app or something I can download on my iPhone to listen to the broadcast of the game' I've searched around but haven't found shit. Any help is appreciated.

Never thought I'd ever say it, but compared to years past, his jumper's become one of the most consistent in the league. Westbrook and Dirk are the two with the most consistent jumpers in the league imo.
