So if the canadian dollar is strong, as it is now, it is better the convert funds to U.S when depositing' That way, when the CDN dollar weakens, your money (in CDN funds) grows based on being in U.S. funds. Is this correct' On the reverse, if the CDN dollar was weak, say worth about 80 cents U.S , then it would be better to leave in in CDN currency when depositing, in case the CDN dollar strengthens.

need advice for losing weight
Start counting calories, a guy your size could probably start at 2000-2400 calories per day, 4-6 meals per day. Reduce daily calories until your are losing 2-3 lbs per week. That means counting the cream in your coffee, the chocolate kiss you snuck, everything. You will get hungry, learn to like cut up veggies, plain popcorn, stuff that is high fiber, low in calories. It will really help to stay on course when hunger strikes.

Should the 17 year old who came 6th in sundays 5milly special keep the money?
Stars has to be consistent. Do they confiscate funds when they catch other underage players' Does turning 18 make all past indiscretions vanish' Stars must have a laundry list of people they know played underage, and won millions, but only found out after they turned 18. There have been quite a few "Happy 18th birthday" threads on P5's over the years for some ballers. As far as I know, Stars isn't confiscating all their underage winnings.

how do you balance poker and working out
I don't allow myself to play poker until I finish my workout, which is all the motivation I need. Full-time job (8:30 - 5 pm), awesome wife and 3 kids. I have a Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday workout/poker regimen. 6-7pm I workout with free weights in my basement. I limit it now to compound movements like bench press, deadlift, pullups, squats, and crunches to try and keep my workout to 45 minutes or less. I used to do split routines , chest day, backs day, leg day, etc. but I'm getting older, time is getting tighter, the full body workout is working for me. 7 - 11pm I play poker, SNGs and $4 ...

Guide to pedophiles
"The author of The Pedophile’s Guide, listed as Philip R. Greaves II, argues that pedophiles are misunderstood, as the word literally means to love a child. The author adds that it is only a crime to act on sexual impulses toward children, and offers advice that purportedly allows pedophiles to abide by the law." I don't really see how any Guide to dealing with your in a manner that doesn't hurt others or break the law is such a bad thing.

Chess vs. Poker
There is zero luck in chess, and zero room for error. I can play a grandmaster 100 games of chess and I am guaranteed to lose them all, and I am about a 1600 ELO rating. I can play a HU world champ 100 times heads up at various poker games and probably win at least 10-20 % of them.

Go to a different PC and reset your Aim password, if you retain control then most likely there is a keylogger (or some other nasty) on your PC. Take the PC off any network, backup, wipe and reload.

finally!!!! And just for future consideration, please do these types of tourneys more often!! I think the general consensus is that we don't need the extra prizes, prize pool addition, etc. Playing for a badge and bragging rights is more than enough for the majority of us.
