Tip to stay healthy when playing poker full time?
Didn't see anyone mention a multivitamin. Natural vitamins/supplements can help immensely, like fish oil as someone mentioned. Especially because it's so hard to cook/prepare a completely well balanced diet every day for yourself. I sell natural nutritional products so I'm obviously biased, but they've helped me out a ton, and feeling healthy most definitely helps your game, as well as everything else in your life.

What are you doing now without online poker?

Yeah man not good, get it in here all day. I mean everything he did in the hand looks awful, cold calling ur 3bet, leading the flop. I guess ur worried about a set or AA, KK maybe, but don't focus on stuff that beats u, focus on the garbage ull usually see him show up w/ here, esp in $5 tourny.

weird spot in pokerstars 90k easy fold?
Shove pre, fold river. He could easily have anything here isolating limper on the button, even w/ his crazy raise size.

This. I left law school b/c of health, and luckily had poker to fall back on. I definitely like and appreciate poker now, but can't see playing like this for a long time. I just feel like no matter how much money I made playing poker I wouldn't feel satisfied. That's just me, but I'd like to be more balanced and find some path where at the end I felt like I was more connected and doing something positive. Finishing any kind of school is one step closer to a fuller life, imo, even if u don't use the degree right away.

Honestly, I've been in some pretty bad spots in my life, too. And my advice is not to worry about poker right now. You said it yourself, you did something crazy dumb, and you yourself don't even know why you did it. I've been there before, as have tons of people here I'm sure. tough spot with Jacks
Shove, he's 3betting the button here w/ 99-TT and AQ sometimes, plus he def can be light here, even tho he's committing himself to bb. Only thing is his sizing makes him seem worse, and less likely to be light, but i still never fold JJ here w/ 40bb.

Yup raise the turn, his turn bet is too small anyway, and u wanna build the pot at this point. Kinda looks like he's drawing w/ that bet, but either way i'd raise/call turn, and call any river bet except a heart depending.

i guess at the time i didn't think there was much he could have worse that would call a check/shove, i mean maybe a jack, and i figured that he wouldn't be betting the turn like this w/ a draw since he wouldn't want to be check/shoved off of it. maybe people bet draws like this on the turn more than i think tho. anyway, i still don't like the way i played it. thanks for opinions, posted results.

Thoughts on whether to call river' 50ish left, we'd been at same table for a couple orbits, no real history. My reasoning at the time for calling river was basically just that I felt I had the right odds, ie that he'd be bluffing 1/3 or so of the time here. I mean I don't think I'm beating any hands he's shoving here for value, but just felt he could be bluffing a good amt here. Not sure tho, I just have a tough time folding overpairs, esp to a good thinking player.
