Re(2): Suggestion for Handling Bad Beats
found out this type of behavior does not work well during live play though.no one wanted to sit beside me.it was like hold em wrestlmania.another good release is to keep a deck of cards in front of you and if your dealt aa pull it out your deck and put it in front of you ,now when its cracked by 8-4 off ,you can rip them up and flush them down the toilet sreaming the whole time.if you suffer mant bad beats like myself you should by the cards in bulk ,its cheaper this way

Re(1): Suggestion for Handling Bad Beats
i prefer throwing the mouse across the room and pounding on the walls screaming the whole time ,unfortunatly the cost of new mouses and repairing the walls is pretty costly itself ,but well worth the anger release.have recently installed a punhing bag beside the computer and many a nights i have kicked the crap out of my opponents after a bad beat

Re(1): tournament strategy
just move all in every hand ,for the first 2 rounds ,will really confuss your opponents, after this TIGHTEN UP TO AROUND 50 PERCENT of your hands.dont bebullied and re-raise any raiser with any 2 cards .sure to see you in the money .GOOD LUCK

Re(1): A lot of calling with middle pairs...
just go all in ,it will eliminate any big decisions after the flop .you can do this at any stage of the tourny with any pair (highly recommend this),also raise all in with a-x suited (highly recomended)and my personal favorite 9-2 (a must raise).they will never put you on this hand.basically when you decide to play a hand just push all in ,it will keep your opponents guessing .and dont be pushed around ,if you see an early position raiser once again re-raise him with any hand to narrow the field and bring it heads up.GOOD LUCK

Re(1): Did I play the AQ right?
from what youve described of this player he sounds like a loose cannon and there is a good chance that your re-raise will not have any effect on him (players like this will call with almost any 2 cards after putting the original raise in),based on this i would definatly not re-raise in this situation because i have position on him ,you would have been better to see the flop and then proceed ,when he bets out its now an easy laydown and your still left with 7800 chips.good luck

Re(1): My Poker Life/Looking for a Teacher
Frambush , is a very good source of information ,as are training tools such as sid .I think the fastest way to get your game up to snuff ,you should be very selective in your starting hands, and remember starting hand requirement vary considerably depending upon position and whether you are playing no limit, pot limit or limit .Also pick a player who you see making a lot of final tables and watch him for a few nights, pay close attention to what hands they are playing size of bets etc .hope this little bit of information helped and good luck at the tables. taz9
