Certs can never hurt but get experience. Maybe donkdon would have better perspective but it seems like companies are looking for jack of all trades rather than "just a cisco guy". I would suggest diversifying your knowledge as much a possible. Cisco is still cisco but it seems like we have been replacing cisco devices with new alternatives the last couple of years, mainly for pricing.

Why won't you answer this question' make it simpler for you, why is the restaurant industry different then any other' You seem to be pissed that if waiters and waitresses were paid what owners thought they should be it would not be enough.

again why is your industry different' I don't want a pissed off gas repairman either but I don't tip him. It is not my job to supplement your income by tipping to makeup for cheap tippers and low wage.

Or you can come to the conclusion that your job is the same as everyone else, work hard all the time just not for a bigger tip. Just because this stupid practice got started does not mean it needs to continue. Small rural area so adjust accordingly, friend works at Bob Evans 32 hours a week and makes over 35,000. I don't begrudge how much she makes but for god sake quit whining. Aslo wonder why the meal is so much, this is why.

Serious tipping thread.
This tipping crap needs to stop, owners need to start paying what they think the job is worth and charge more for the meal. Waiters and waitresses will be pissed when they make 10 dollars an hour but oh well. and in before somebody says it will be to expensive to eat out, meal plus tip equals more expensive meal.

Funniest thing you've heard during a ballgame
at old cleveland stadium in the early 80's me and my buddy went to all Ind-Balt games (he is a huge balt fan) and my buddy has that voice that just carries plus maybe 2,000 fans at the game. He is screaming DeCinses you suck (Doug DeCense balt 2nd baseman), well he hits a HR and as he rounds 3rd base he tips his cap towards my buddy who is dressed in all orange and black, my buddy yells you still suck DeCinse and the crowd just roars in laughter.

Redskins trading up with Rams to get RG3
To be fair (not a fan of these so called draft experts) but Mschay gave stats from 2 seasons ago when his completion % under pressure and deep balls ranked last among the top 7 QB's. Last season those numbers increased from less then 20% to over 50% (which I believe ranked #1). Those were his stats not confirmed.

divorce rates, children born out of wedlock, discipline issues, work ethic to name a few. You really don't see a correlation between a family with one parent staying home raising the children to what's going on now' and before anyone states i turned out well, you are not the norm.

computer question
Repair or reinstall from disk at this point, rather backup and start from scratch myself. One other option is using the F8 function and try "boot to last known good menu". I have had that work less then 5% of the time but worth a shot.

I think some are under estimating the 4th pick of the draft the browns can offer, the rams can still get what they want and at the 6th pick they very well might not. I think washington is better off as a team then the browns are and adding rg3 makes them instantly better, what do you predict washingtons 1st round pick to be next year' I think it could easily be 17-20th overall. Best case as a browns fan is washington signs manning and miami signs flynn and the price is lowered on rg3, this is wishful thinking though.

I do not think the rams will get the haul res is speaking of not based on the talent of rg3 (most everyone agrees on that) but IMO the rams still want a top 10 pick and very few teams have that to offer. Just from what i have read the rams are not looking for quantity of higher picks but quality of higher picks. I could see the 4 and 37th' being enough to get him rather then the 15th and 45th this year and a 18 next year (those are all guesses on which numbers).

It's going to suck having waco criticizing my browns the next 5 years. They need so much help on offense. WACO: the browns have the 4-22-36, what is to much for moving to number 2 to get rg3' knowing the amount of help the browns need.

This happened to our house a couple years ago, a heating guy could explain this better but out furnace has a separate thermostat for night and day. Obviously the night time was bad.
