You know what the best part of Kevin Loves nastiness is?
Just goes to show how important point guard and center play are for winning in the NBA, Luke Ridnour and Darko Milicic aren't gonna cut it. I'm having second thoughts on starting Felix over Megatron, the word is that Marion Barber has been participating in practice and may see some carries, and also Tashard Choice is guaranteed to steal some of Felix's reps. With the Tampa Bay defense being banged up (Aqib Talib and Gerald McCoy out) I think Drew Stanton and the Lions may actually have a good chance to put up some points. Calvin seems like a must-start every week, and he's hardly in Larry Fitzgerald territory this season, having more than double his number of touchdowns. I love Felix's matchup this week, but the question is will ...

My money league's playoffs start this week PPR league: Calvin Johnson @TB (Been in a steady decline in targets and production since Drew Stanton has become the starting QB, has only 8 receptions the past 3 weeks, facing an 11th ranked Bucs pass D this week) or Felix Jones vs. Was (Dome) (Hasn't had less than 10 fantasy points since Jason Garret has become head coach, has been featured in the passing game and the run game as well since Marion Barber has been out, facing a 28th ranked Skins run D, and 29th ranked pass D) Do I dare sit Megatron this week in favor of a much superior matchup'

The return of Conan!
Great first episode, don't see how anyone could have expected much more. The intro basically stole the show and was the only legitimate laugh out loud moment, but that's to be expected with his first show, being as he has to address all of the NBC bullshit again and introduce all the new aspects of the new show and being on TBS and basic cable now. Now that Conan has all of the re-introductory shit out of the way he can start with regular sketches and bits, he has an outstanding writing staff so I'm expecting old school 11:30/12:30 awesomeness. The worst thing you could possibly do is approach with some pre-packaged lame ass line, especially when it involves talking about her boyfriend directly. Seriously dude I cringed reading that. Believe it or not the rest of the league watches film and makes adjustments. The point is the Bengals offense just hasn't evolved like it was supposed to, and with the amount of talent they have on that side of the ball the blame can really only be placed on the offensive scheme/playcalling. All you have to do is watch one offensive series during a Bengal game and it's not hard to tell that the playcallers have no clue how to use the talent they have.

In all seriousness tho, Carson hasn't lost it. The Bengals offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski is the main problem with their passing attack, the playcalling is atrocious and they are one of the more predictable offenses in the NFL as far as disguising run/pass. It's hard to get anything done on offense without some form of deception or creativity, two things the Bengals O just don't have.
